Suspected sockpuppets [edit]

All these have been involved at the dispute over nude Imagery at Talk:Man all are Single purpose accounts, I am frankly not convinced that we are talking to different people. Its much the many editors one voice scenario. Two have already been Blocked as WP:DUCK socks of We233ws. The interesting exception is Säadtrain creates an account then shortly has an "I agree" from an IP. This Ip is also the account behind Zwischenglück also editing Talk:Man. SaadTrainm, 140.180.18.1, and 29zlkj, all have an interest in Christian views on marriage. I am convinced there is either Puppet ring either Sock or Meat or Combination of the two occurring here. Sat may SAT85 just happen to be in the same area but I am not convinced. A check for Sleepers may also be warranted as this seem to a pattern of a single user and may have edited under differnt sock on different topics I am not seeing right in these account's edits. I have chosen not to noftify them against recommendation (but not requirement) of the rules but will do if the a Clerk or Checkuser instructs me to. I suspect there's a Christian forum somewhere where this debate is being talked about. I ruled out the idea that they know each other in person when I found at least two different countries represented. Some of them might be from the same area, though. —Soap— 21:03, 4 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

SAT85 is Red X Unrelated. No comment with regard to the reported IP addresses. That being said, I blocked one IP range for a bit, but another range he uses would result in too much collateral damage if rangeblocked. –MuZemike 21:29, 4 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Nobodypwnsbetterthanme3 (talk · contribs) was blocked as a Sock of Community banned User:Brucejenner. So I am thinking based on Circumstantial evidence here this means user:We233ws is Brucejenner. Which seems to confirm my suspicions of this being part of a wider pattern of Socking. The Resident Anthropologist (talk) 13:31, 5 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
