the username connections are obvious. As are his Edits to the talk page and article. Using undeclared sock accounts to edit the same article at the same time is a violation of policy. He first tagged the article as not neutral with the first account and then adding multiple citation need tags with the second account, including adding them to cited information and deleted cited information and sources.
