Common interests recently have been interacting at one article that the master started and the alleged sock moved to mainspace without review despite Draft decline (that is one piece usually evident of collaboration, or at best, random coincidence); the accounts both have come back after nearly a year without activities but to only start in "fixing grammar and spelling" (as their summaries say). I'm especially puzzled because it seems the second account, before this, had no other relation to the user or the page. Also to add, the master, has not only potential signs of subject involvement but also seemingly past article subjects too, not simply this one page. Down the rabbit hole we go... the following accounts are all  Confirmed:

Molly tharrington would appear to be the oldest account. All blocked and tagged, case moved to reflect master. Yunshui 雲水 15:57, 14 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Yunshui, I think Tbenzinger seems to be the oldest as it is a 2006 account.

Cindy Whitehead was created by Carlyoconnor, blocked by Yunshui as a sock on 14 August 2017. Three other accounts that have edited the same draft/article, Tory Kastleberg, PWZ16 and LillianJacobs72, were created a few days later, on 17–18 August. All have a one-sentence "interested in" statement on their user pages (as did Tbenzinger, Carlyoconnor, Molly tharrington, Finalizzi and Ge0rgi3Washington). All three made numerous "Grammar edit"s (usually mistaken/ against MOS) in late 2017 – early 2018. Diffs:
