•  Administrator note It's definitely the same person, but it's technically not sockpuppetry, since the account was created only after the IP finished editing. However, I've blocked the master indefinitely per WP:NOTHERE. The IP is too stale to block. Mz7 (talk) 02:11, 1 August 2017 (UTC)
