Hoo boy. I wasn't going to open an SPI, but I feel that it's somewhat warranted to make a check for sleepers based upon the activities of User:Theblazingcharzard. Long story short, I came across the article GoAnimate the Movie. It seemed vaguely familiar and some searching by title brought up that this had been repeatedly re-created under Go!Animate: The Movie and Go!Animate: The Movie (2006 film). As the articles looked to be similar enough to where it was reasonable to tag charzard as a sock, I figured I'd tag the (now blocked) user and call it a day. I noticed that User:StevenBInc made active threats on his talk page to create sockpuppets- which he did. (Including charzard I have three socks and a potential fourth that I can't prove is a sock and is likely stale at this point, so I've left it as is.) I suspect that he resumed editing under User:Hp37, as in November 2013 he re-created the exact duplicate of the now-deleted article. The editing was all done back in November and is likely stale at this point. If anyone can confirm that Hp37 is the same as Charzard then that'd be great but I think it's been too long. I've blocked Hp37 as a sock. He hasn't edited since he was last warned about re-creating a hoax page, but I wanted to make sure that if this was StevenBInc, that he did not have an active account to return to. I wouldn't have launched this except that I do want to check to see if there are any other socks since he did make an active threat to re-create the page back in December. If he's starting back up again, it's likely that he will probably try to make another account at some point in time. I'd have just done a short checkuser request instead, but this is in relation to potential sockpuppets that haven't been detected. Tokyogirl79 (｡◕‿◕｡) 10:25, 2 June 2014 (UTC)
