Master was blocked for spamvertising, then created the second account a couple hours later with same article subject and similar content at User:پیشانیدار.شهاب (which is Arabic for Pyshanydar.shhab according to Google Translate) which Legacypac then moved (presumably not aware) to Shahab Pishanidar.
