Suspected sockpuppets

The new account & the IP along with Sai317 keep removing editor comments from the talk page of Potential superpowers. I have no idea why they would do this, but they seem quite set on removing comments which say Japan is not a potential superpower. This may just be a case of an editor who does not have a clue, so a warning if this is socking should suffice. Darkness Shines (talk) 15:55, 27 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Basalisk, diffs are not needed, apart from Sai317 few edits to the article all other edits have been removing talk page comments of other editors, just hit "contributions". Darkness Shines (talk) 20:09, 27 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Same edit summaries and editing style on Iraq War.

"Revert, already been discussed on talk page, no consensus"[1][2]
"Its been already discussed numerously on the talk page"[3][4]
Every time he has reverted the edits of PleaseConsider.
On Chinese Century, he had first added a spurious claim[5], IP geolocates to same locations like the above IPs, and very soon he restored that edit.[6] Hardly 9 days old registered account and already wikilawyering enough. OccultZone (Talk • Contributions • Log) 19:38, 18 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Just found out some more. This guy has a long history of edit warring on Iraq War, he frequently removes the claim of "Victory" from this article[7][8] and his apparent obsession is to copy others comments as an answer: you are the one[9] you are the one falsely claiming[10] now his new sock: you are the one trying to, You are the one that started the, you are the one that obviously cannot...[11]

  • I am of the opinion that there was never a proper investigation.[16][17][18]([19]) I am amazed that there are 3 different SPIs for this editor, and this was the 4th one, until you moved.[20] Maybe a few more accounts are yet to be terminated. The IPs, Xharm, and Supersaiyen312 are all the same person. I doubt the two named accounts are the same person. Xharm was an attempt at a clean start by Supersaiyen312; a very bad attempt, but no malice was intended there. The IP socking is block evasion and needs to be dealt with. Exactly what is to be done with Supersaiyen312/Xharm is TBD. Email conversation is ongoing. Courtesy pings for @Courcelles and Callanecc:.   • None of the IPs are currently active. As HJ Mitchell said, Billbowler2 and Xinjiang guy are not related to Supersaiyen312/Xharm. Both the original account and the mangled cleanstart one have been CU-blocked by Courcelles. I don't know if e-mail discussion is still ongoing, but even if it is, accepting to unblock either account doesn't have to go through this SPI, so I'm closing it. ☺ · Salvidrim! · ✉ 14:05, 21 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Clerk note: For future reference, to make an eventual unblock request easier to analyze:
  1. Sai317 was the first blocked account. Zebusadams was blocked as a sock (without a CU check). Both indef'ed in Jan'2013.
  2. Supersaiyen312 blocked as  Confirmed (both by CU and by the user) to Sai317 in Mars'2013, then unblocked in April'2014 as a second chance.
  3. Kirothereaper indef-blocked as CU  Confirmed in Dec'2014. WainAX47 was  Possible to both this master and another one and no clear determination was made, but the account was blocked anyhow. Supersaiyen312 was blocked for one month in Dec'2014 for this socking, and unblocked in Jan'2015 for what was presumably a last chance.
  4. Xharm was, by the user's admission (according to HJ Mitchell), a botched WP:CLEANSTART, and was CU-blocked (along with Supersaiyen312) by Courcelles two days ago. ☺ · Salvidrim! · ✉ 14:26, 21 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
