Suspected sock account was created just over a week after the suspected sockmaster account was indef blocked.

From looking at the edit count of both accounts, the most commonly edited article for both accounts is the same Father_Saturnino_Urios_University

Nearly all edits from both accounts are on articles connected to the above article, with a heavy focus on specific campuses and sports facilities.

The first edit from both accounts was to create a welcome message on their user page.

Both accounts have major issues with copyright on images, and have had numerous images that they uploaded, nominated for deletion.

Both accounts have made very specific edits to Police car with a focus on the specific vehicles used by the Philippine police.

• The first article edited by KatorseNiAmang and second article edited by Ronald Galope Barniso was Butuan, followed by Cabadbaran. The Urios gym article is just continued work on the deleted FSUU Gym article, and the FSUU Morelos Campus is continued work on the Father Saturnino Urios University - Arbp. Carmelo D.F. Morelos Campus article. Here KatorseNiAmang restores some of Ronald Galope Barniso's edits. Both also speak Cebuano. The unsourced histories (with the exception of the focus on the "low brick building adjacent to the old church" in the first line of each) could have been written by two different people. But with the other edits, that emphasis on the "low brick building adjacent to the old church" seems rather damning. Both KatorseNiAmang and Ronald Galope Barniso want to know what people's offline names are.

That said, both claim on their user pages to live in distinct highly-populated cities and claim to be different ages (14 and 21). While that normally means nothing when sockpuppeting is involved, I get the impression that the CU supports the former claim (though Ronald Galope Barniso's behavior has me hoping he's not seriously 21). How KatorseNiAmang reacts to this (or if he does) will be the clencher for me. KatorseNiAmang hasn't pretended to be a member of Duterte's hit squad yet. • I did notice some of the similarities pointed out above by Ian.thomson as well as requests for undeletion like WP:REFUND#FSUU Morelos Gym. I also find this, this, this and this to be a bit odd. These are similar to the claims of vandalism and attempts to claim ownership seen at User talk:Marchjuly/Archives/2016/May#About 5th CEAP MINDANAO GAMES and here that Ronald Galope Barniso made. -- Marchjuly (talk) 14:06, 12 August 2016 (UTC)

Roland321 account was registered on 4 November. Interaction between User:Ronald Galope Barniso and User:Roland321 clearly shows their common interest in some rather niche articles: Father Saturnino Urios University, Butuan and Butuan Polysports Complex, particularly by adding similar images to them. The latter is a perfect example: each sock in the current drawer has edited it consecutively. In the Philippines' Arenas list, they have all focussed on the 'On Campuses' section, again, not surprisingly due to their consist promotion and interest in FSA University campuses. This article is the main article of interest: each account has expanded the article; Ronald Galope Barniso added sections on history and programs offered (albeit much now revdel'd); on the 'Core Values' and the 'Seal'; and now Roland321 has re-submitted the images of the various campuses etc. Point of odrer: most of RGB's edits n the FSAU page have been revdel'd from public (i.e. my!) view. Also, I haven't asked for CU as a) the quacking seems loud enough and b), I imagine those other accounts would be stale by now? _Muffled ^Pocketed 13:07, 7 November 2016 (UTC)
