Ml4lyfe and Ml4lyfe2 are very clearly related. Both accounts almost exclusively edit in the same articles that Oralofori focuses his (sometimes promotional) edits on (Wallingford Public Access, Rocky Dawuni, King of Accra, just to name a few) and also edits Oral Ofori. A pretty telling sign is that he moved Ml4lyfe's sandbox into the article space, despite not being involved previously. At the very least there is some meatpuppetry going on. •  Clerk note: My read is that Ml4lyfe and Ml4lyfe2 are obvious-but-undeclared alts, and that Oralofori is someone else who is working closely with them. Since I don't see anything blatantly abusive and Oralofori is apparently the Wikipedia Ghana public relations person, I could see this as good-faith outreach or something. I am going to drop a uw-agf-sock on all of them and see what they say. Closing without action for now. GeneralNotability (talk) 23:22, 21 August 2020 (UTC)
