Suspected sockpuppets [edit]

Evidence submitted by Burpelson AFB [edit]

All listed accounts are SPAs that seem concerned with creating promotional articles about non-notable Youtube shows. The sockmaster listed is the oldest known account, which created the article Urban_Actors in 2008. Urban Actors was edited many times by many IPs and several SPAs which are also listed above. Today, SGPubCo (clearly some kind of promotional company based on the account name) created Sketch Reality and Sketch Reality Studios, articles that do not appear to be about notable entities. I AFDed all three articles, and SGPubCo persisted in blanking the AFD templates [1], [2]. After being reverted a few times and reported to AIV, a new sock account Boomer81la appeared and resumed blanking the AFD templates [3]. Burpelson AFB (talk) 01:21, 19 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have also added a number of IP addresses that all edited the Urban Actors article. One of the IPs appears to have been used in the past by serial sockpuppeteer Amorrow (talk · contribs). That account and the sockmaster listed on this SPI are too stale for Checkuser (although most of the recent puppets are not), so this may be a behavioral check. The IPs are all over the place (from the U.S. East Coast to West Coast), and most of the accounts have been long-abandoned. In addition, the accounts that should be blocked are already blocked. I cannot find much else to do here. –MuZemike 23:58, 19 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
