70.126.138.182 and Sknmak have been previously linked together and the user was blocked for making personal attacks with people who disagreed with him.
70.126.138.182 and MarkAldred45 edit warred and refused to enter into discussion on Charly and were again blocked again for making personal attacks. A quick look at Special:Contributions/MarkAldred45 will show why.
95.211.27.5 made same edit to Charly once MarkAldred45 was blocked and was blocked for personal attacks.
Sknmak is now making the same edit to Charly that MarkAldred45 was trying to make. GDallimore (Talk) 16:28, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

Administrator note Both registered accounts indefinitely blocked and tagged. While I would have normally given a shorter block for the sockmaster, the patent disruption and harassment opted me to go indefinite on the block.
