Suspected sockpuppets

Sockmaster attempts to rewrite lead of article with this diff. Engages in an edit war diff and diff. Juliesimmons1987 is then replaced by IP 67.87.161.18 inserting the same change diff and diff. Juliesimmons1987 returns to perform the same edit again diff. The IP and Juliesimmons1987 are clear socks.

Jamesthomas55 then appears to make one and only edit to WP on the same article diff.

Jillguttman2007 then appears nd makes the same edit diff, and again diff and again diff and again diff QU TalkQu 22:11, 8 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Account Trishtrash99 appears and makes this edit diff. Another obvious sock. QU TalkQu 22:20, 8 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Juliesimmons1987 was reverted at least four times by three different editors, but was never left a warning or an explanation for the reverts, so I have taken no action there. Also, the IP is stale enough that I have left it alone as well. ​—DoRD (talk)​ 22:35, 8 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Odd--Jillguttman2007 also was not left any warnings after 3 or 4R, until mine. Y'all, if you want us to do something you have to start warning these editors so there are no excuses. A quick look at the history made me suspect socking but I didn't have time to look into it, so thanks to whoever did start it. So many accounts, so many edits, for such a cause--sad, really. I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. I've contacted a couple of editors/admins about it yesterday, but I'm not sure they have the time or inclination to deal with it, so I'm here to report more obvious sock-puppetry by Juliesimmons1987 making the exact same edits to the very same article.

More suspected sockpuppets

It all started up again a couple of days ago when IP 65.88.88.248 makes this diff. I revert it a day later and another IP 65.88.88.252 (one digit difference from the previous IP) once again restores with this diff. I revert that about an hour later and they return again, this time as Brendahollyhp and make this diff

I have twinkle, but I'm not familiar with all of the various twinkle tags (I've tried in the past and usually end up using the wrong tags, etc), so I haven't templated any of these new IPs/usernames with any warnings (I was hoping the more experienced editors I contacted would take care of it). Again, I'm not familiar with all the procedural steps I'm supposed to take, so I hope I'm doing this right by reporting it here. --- Crakkerjakk (talk) 19:29, 19 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
