Suspected sockpuppets


Both accounts created within an hour of each other, both having only two edits each to the same article. Edits from both users appear to be edited with a similar motivation, tweaking wording to present subject in best possible light.

Diffs posted by the reporter makes it pretty clear. CU could be helpful for any sleepers, though given how recently this occurred it's doubtful (just today). Could just block and tag most likely. Regards, MacMedtalkstalk 00:45, 1 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Clerk endorsed I have added two more socks, which may be unrelated to the previous group, but they are adding quite a few tags to the first edit of their contribs. All of the accounts seem to be in promotion of the subjects title and trying to clear anything that could possibly give him a bad name. These accounts appear to be avoiding scrutiny by creating new accounts each time so their edit history can not be tracked.
