A completely new editor went straight to editing userboxes. The "Editor interaction utility" tool shows that a number of pages have been edited by both editors. New editor's username is a Polish word for "cup" (the sockmaster claims Polish background on his user page) and number 1981 is the year in which the sockmaster was born (also claimed on his user page). Just like the sockmaster, who was banned for edit-warring in userboxes, the new editor restored the same version of the userbox at User:UBX/NHL-Devils:

27 October 2019 – restored by Jamesmiko (there were many reverts to the same version by the sockmaster)
14 March 2020 – the same version is reinstated by Kubek1981

In addition, both editors seem to be interested in minor league baseball, soccer, lacrosse and other sports, which can be seen with the help of the "Editor interaction utility" tool.

The possible sockpuppet might be considered stale by the administrator(s) but the similarity between the editors is clear. – Sabbatino (talk) 21:14, 24 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
