Suspected sockpuppets[edit]

A lot of overlap on edited articles, but more telling are the edit summaries (use of periods, "honestly"). There's an apparent fixation on PBS Kids Go! as well. The interest in Martha Speaks (TV series) makes me think this may be JoeyPknowsalotaboutthat.

WP:DUCK. Similar editing overlap on PBS Kids Go! shows, and his username indicates that he's interested in NFL topics (the same topics that the sockmaster and the previous socks have). Magnatyrannus (talk | contribs) 19:27, 24 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Suspected sockpuppets[edit]

This user does appear to have the same category edits and AppleBob's has edited on the Bob the Builder page from issues I have seen in the past but this time was a strange odd dislike edit. This are based on the other sock accounts, User:Agustin2004 and User:Bigfoodfan2023. Magical Golden Whip (talk) 02:32, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Full honesty here- I'm not seeing this as Agustin. Been doing a whole bunch of further looking to see what I could find, and I'm seeing this:

  • Similar edits/edited articles to recent accounts LeoCheckers210 and/or BigCubLincoln. There are some other similar accounts I'm seeing throughout the history of articles such as WordGirl, but these are just two that I've definitely noticed are similar (just as examples- CuriositySteve and LassieHey also seem a bit similar, but again, neither are blocked). If either (or both) of the reported accounts are connected to one (or both) of these accounts, it's not socking anyways, as neither are blocked.
  • Similar edits/targeted articles to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Interesting Soup. Can't find any edits that are super similar, but just looking at two socks, Franklin's Chef and Funny Frogs, some of the stuff just looks quite similar.

Also as a note regarding the Interesting Soup SPI, I'm seeing this edit that seems like it could be a sock there as well.. with the related frog stuff in the username + edits, similar to the 'Funny Frogs' sock. Might be an idea to run a sleeper check on the Interesting Soup SPI and see if anything comes up?... Last report there was from September, so there could be something...?

I could also be entirely wrong with all of this, so just keep that in mind- just trying to give some possibilities/ideas/help here. Magitroopa (talk) 06:43, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
