The evidence is more strongly related between 66.x and 131.x, though it is by no means weak for the logged in user.
Evidence:
- They back up each other's edit warring on political related articles as his first edits (cf [1] vs. [2] vs. [3] [4]; [5] vs. [6] [7] [8])
- The two IP's are both from a location in Illinois near to each other; the logged in user has a fascination with Illinois related articles (Jesse White (politician), Roland Burris).
- All three users edit exclusively political related articles
- All three users have hounded User:GoodDay
- All three users use similar ascerbic language [9] vs. [10] vs. [11])
- Sockpuppetry done in order to avoid scrutiny for edit warring and in order to break Wikipedia:3RR.
