I think that the suspected IPs were used by User:Iaaasi. First of all, User:DITWIN GRIM appears to be a French user, and the suspected IPs are from Romania, according to geobytes.com. Recently one another IP has emerged on WP from the same IP range using an edit summary of "rv banned Stubes99" [3] as the sockpuppets of Iaaasi did several times in the past.[4][5][6][7][8][9]--Nmate (talk) 14:40, 9 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
