Both users were created on the same day and immediately went to Talk:John Michael Cummings to start a new section (one after the other) to verify this article subject and reach out to the same Wikipedia accounts to ping them. The edits creating the new section are very close behavior-wise, and is enough for me to assert that these two accounts are most likely created and controlled by the same person. Both accounts are already blocked and tagged; creating this SPI case for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
