Clerk, CheckUser, and/or patrolling admin comments[edit]
- Checkuser isn't helpful in this case. Certainly, the overlap in editing interests is remarkable if they were two different people, but I can't confirm it - Category adder is stale, and while there is a some data in the CU logs for them, which would seem to suggest a different location, but the data is a couple of years old and people do move around. They're already blocked for harassment, so I'll tag as suspected and close this. Girth Summit (blether) 10:25, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
