CastJared was blocked on 22 June, and this user became active on 23 June after a two-year gap.

CastJared wrote "Strong Keep per Ontor22's decision" here Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Minhaj Uddin. ImMinhajUddinNadwi wrote "Strong Keep per Ontor22's decision" in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mahmudul Hasan Azhari. This is an odd phrasing and the chances of two users making the exact odd keep vote in two different discussions are slim.

Hmm.. I find the behavioral evidence a bit unconvincing, as CastJared has not engaged in linkspam AFAIK. And also the two accs appear to have different interests - CastJared mostly was interested in TV related articles, which this other account does not seem to have an interest in. -- Prodraxis^talk_contribs (she/her) 16:46, 26 June 2023 (UTC)
