Looks like a duck to me The new account was created a couple of weeks after Anj 24 was blocked, and very quickly returned to the same article, adding almost identical content. [edit]- The IPs haven't edited in a while. I'm not sure there's enough to connect this particular account with those previous ones - it's possible, but it could just as easily be a different UPE editor picking up a request from the same client. I am, however, going to block for the blatant username policy violation, and for presumed UPE. Girth Summit (blether) 14:24, 10 July 2023 (UTC)
