It appears that the IP who was known for disrupting tour articles has begun using another IP to continue their disruptive editing after being blocked for a year, as well as having their TPA revoked for that time being. Edit summaries look very familiar to the original IP's edit summaries like these edits here, and here, as well as treating the article talk page as a forum like this edit here.
