Wikipedia:Requests for comment/English Wikipedia readership survey 2013/Spelling variants

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Possible question
Different parts of the world have different ways of spelling English. Wikipedia as a Global, volunteer written project has different articles in different variants of English. Which of the following do you agree or disagree with
  • I would greatly prefer it if I could choose which spelling system I read Wikipedia in.
  • I would somewhat prefer it if I could choose which spelling system I read Wikipedia in, but I wouldn't give that much priority.
  • I'm familiar with multiple ways to spell English and equally comfortable with them
  • I'm really not bothered about spelling as long as I can understand things.

I think this question would get some useful feedback from our readers, without giving them an option that we can't deliver such as "you should all use the same English as Me". ϢereSpielChequers 06:10, 4 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
