As per Alison diff Wfgh66 was blocked as one of the hundreds of Category:Wikipedia sockpuppets of Tile join. This user edited the article on Jesus bloodline‎ and promoted the priory-of-sion.com website. Now a new user has registered and has taken up where Wfgh66 left off. (See removal of their edits by another editor.) Request checkuser please. Tim Vickers (talk) 20:17, 21 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think this might be an acknowledgment that these two accounts are the same person. So I'll block this account myself. Checkuser might not be necessary. Tim Vickers (talk) 20:30, 21 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I've blocked both User:Lunar eclipse17 and User:Solar eclipse17. Tim Vickers (talk) 20:34, 21 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Given Tile join's penchant for socking, I decided to dig for sleepers. Lunar eclipse17 (talk · contribs) and Solar eclipse17 (talk · contribs) are editing from the same city, and the same geographical region as Wfgh66 (talk · contribs), but there's nothing definitive on the technical end. Lunar eclipse17 (talk · contribs)  Confirmed as Williamsearly (talk · contribs). Nishkid64 (Make articles, not wikidrama) 07:06, 22 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

original report:
I think this guy is known as the Genesis vandal, or some such. While RFCU is not needed to connect these accounts (too obvious). I would like to know if there are any other accounts associated with the following so that they can be blocked asap (and the underlying IP or IP's as well)

All 3 were created on June 1 to get around semi-p solutions for the Evolution article which has now been fully protected by NawlinWiki. If there is another main account this activity is usually linked to, somebody should probably note that as well (or re-open the old case, whichever). Virtually all contribs are evidence of premeditated vandalism and disruption, so no diffs in particular are listed. If this report is redundent in some way, just delete and please leave a note at my talk page. Thanks, R. Baley (talk) 16:09, 6 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Clerk note: All accounts have been blocked. RedThunder 21:24, 6 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Xseor[edit]

Ongoing, long term vandalism to Winshill (continuing for almost a year, despite the page having been semi- and fully-protected on several occasions, on the most recent occasion for 5 months). The vandal's MO is to revert to a version of the article which is entirely a copyvio from here as made clear by the "Copyright © 2007 University of London & History of Parliament Trust - All rights reserved" declaration at the bottom of that page. I suspect that this is one extraordinarily determined individual who cannot resist the temptation to disrupt the article where other users have made significant improvements over the last few weeks. If confirmed, rangeblock requested and check for any further sleeper accounts. DWaterson (talk) 20:48, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think this is related to these two groups of accounts (I think these are blocked, but other accounts may have been created in these batches, which it may be possible to identify by checkuser):

created 9 April:

created 12 April:

Note: no contributions visible from Zazzes, but probably connected with the three accounts mentioned above.

What looks like it could be another group of accounts from the same vandal was created on 19 April, none have edited or been blocked yet. Of course it is likely that there were other accounts created since 12 April. --Snigbrook (talk) 18:26, 29 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The editor names, long-term determination, and creation histories seem a lot like Tile join/Eir Witt, the "Genesis vandal"/"Northwich Victoria" vandal. Check the names under Wikipedia sockpuppets of Tile join and see if they ring a bell. J. Spencer (talk) 03:46, 30 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It is the same vandal; Ferry real is already tagged as a sockpuppet of Tile join. --Snigbrook (talk) 14:09, 30 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Confirmed all, and yes, this is Tile join. Thatcher 11:19, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
