Code letter: Question about a possible sock puppet related to an open arbitration case

I have observed User:Cydevil38's behavior for a long time. I believe that it is a sock puppet ID, which was created "23:25, 30 March 2007" when disputation about Goguryeo-related articles was at heat (e.g., Goguryeo the article itself, Goguryeo-China wars maybe a POV fork of Goguryeo-Sui wars, Template:History of Manchuria used in Goguryeo). According to this ID's editing history, this ID also dedicated to editing wars in Goguryeo-related articles. Both ID User:Wikimachine and ID User:Cydevil38 are involved with an open arbitration case Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/Goguryeo.

These two IDs make same choices in a number of disputations and votes. An interesting observation is that these two IDs typically do not appear at same time. For example, in the few past days, User:Wikimachine is very active in Talk:Goguryeo-China wars where Cydevil38 is very quiet, while User:Cydevil38 is very active in Template talk:History of Manchuria where Wikimachine never appeared.

Both IDs claim that they are of Korean ancestry. But User:Wikimachine is clearly a main ID with lots of contents on the user's home page. User:Cydevil38's home page is not maintained.--Jiejunkong 06:42, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
