See the ANI thread at the bottom of the page as well as Special:Contributions/WestparkBot. The user's third action, after creating his own account and userpage was to create his "bot" which seemed to randomly warn 2 users before being blocked. It seems extremely strange that this user would go to such lengths to give such a minor distraction, leading me to suggest there is something more to the story.
