Rex Germanus has returned from a 30 day block and resumed edit warring and POV pushing. He appears to be using IP sock puppets to evade scrutiny. We would like to know if the accusation of sock puppetry made at here this WP:AN thread is correct. Due to the user's extensive block log, if this is in fact sock puppetry, the user is very likely to receive a community ban.
