Both Nondistinguished and 24.199.99.169 have some similar editing traits, notably aggressive editing of three AfD's that may have affected their outcome, and also removing material from completed or archived pages.

• removed votes from now-completed AfD,[1], claiming anon users are sockpuppets of a banned user BEFORE checking. Subsequent WP:SSP shows "no case",[2]
• removed vote and comment from another AfD (in progress)[3] claiming sockpuppetry, whose comments may influence other voters.
• removes comments from WP:ANI Archive.[4]
• seems to be a single purpose account to remove unpopular anon contributions.

• edits completed AfD, [5], subsequently petitions the closing Admin to re-open the AfD,[6].
• replies to nearly all AfD contributors,[7], bordering on harassment.
• who opens the AfD,[8] fails to notify the article creator, Radufan (talk history)
• may have used three additioanl sockpuppets in a previous AfD (1) Mainstream astronomy (2) 216.125.49.252 [9] (3) 76.214.223.142
