Koavf[edit]

Code letter: B (Evading blocks, bans and remedies issued by arbitration committee)

I am requesting to check if the IP addresses of Koavf come really from the region he's mentionning in his profile. Please do check if the adressess come from Algeria, South Africa or Spain. My request is justified because of the stubborness of the editor on keeping wrong information on WS issue to support ONE and ONLY ONE party' view in the conflict which is not a fair. I am quite sure that there is someone else behind Koavf. I was told that the WS Wikipedia project was created by a lady based in South Africa under the name of Faten Aggad. I would like you to check if Koavf is using proxies then if the IP comes from the above countries. I am new on Wikipedia. I have no idea if I made it successfully. I am sorry if I miss something. Please do correct me.--Moroccansahraoui (talk) 12:57, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Additional information needed Could you explain why this is filled under block evasion? Please also note that Checkuser is not routinely used to confirm the living location of users. I am not sure I understand how his location is relevant to his editing and what you would do with such an information. -- lucasbfr talk 13:52, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Clerk note: to reviewing CU, Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Moroccansahraoui might be of some interest too, and everything is related to a dispute at Talk:List of countries about whether or not Western Sahara (WS) is a country. -- lucasbfr talk 13:52, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
MS:I would like to check if his/her IP addresses are coming from the region he/she is announcing in his/her profile. It's important to me to know to decide what next to do. I guess he/she did the same request to "try" to discredit my comments. Many thanks for your neutral cooperation.--Moroccansahraoui (talk) 14:04, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
MS:Wow, I understand your request. It's because of the code letter I put on the top. right? I am probably wrong. I don't know if a code corresponds to our special case : someone who refuses to take into account the reality on the ground and UN resolutions to make corrections on the list of countries page. I would like the admins to check his/her IP adresses. Is that corresponding to a special code or action? Thanks.--Moroccansahraoui (talk) 14:15, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
MS:I can use the code B to show some incoherences in Justin' way to justify some allegations. When he testified that "SADR" has passports by using a link to an article of Globalvoicesonline announcing the launching of "SADR" TV which has never happened till nowadays.--Moroccansahraoui (talk) 14:15, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
MS:The thing I want is to have access to a neutral third point of view or a neutral way to get consensus on the page. --Moroccansahraoui (talk) 14:15, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wow I figured I would throw in my two cents on the matter: Even though Moroccansahraoui has grossly misinterpreted the concept of checkuser, I have no personal objection to an admin investigating the origin of my edits. I think you'll find they have all come from Indianapolis, Indiana; Chicago, Illinois; East Point, Georgia; and the international territory of the United Nations headquarters inside of New York City. I may be leaving out a stray edit or two, but that literally accounts for a good 99% of my 100,000 or so edits. —Justin (koavf)TCM☯ 22:03, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
