Accounts have extremely similar editing behavior, edit the same articles and article types, engage in edit wars together. Halaqah has been blocked several times for 3RR vios.

Rasta has made few edits since coming on-line in March 2007, see contribs [5]. Further, he edits the same articles and gets into disputes with the same editors as Halaqah always in the same time period as Halaqah's dispute. See his edit history to Sub-Saharan Africa.
