• Supporting evidence: Folken made false sockpuppet accusations on the talk page of an article, which were found irrelevant to article discussion and removed. He then reinserted them [1]. Recently, the two IP's have also reinserted the comments using similar language: [2] and [3]. Both IP's are from France, which is the country Folken identifies as his residence on his user page. Folken's already been warned by an admin not to put these accusations on article talk pages and that doing this constitutes harassment [4], so he might be using the IP's to dodge this. Thanks.
