The Nicole Lapin article has had a long-term sock puppeteer. The first set of accounts (Bella1111- Botbotb) were created one after another with the difference between the new account being used after the last one being used was no more than 20 minutes as detailed in Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Bella1111. The connection between the second set (Rock100- Dancydance) is detailed in Wikipedia:Possibly_unfree_images/2008_February_23#Image:Nicole_Lapin_pic.jpg. Bobbo1 and Exposay1 were used upload photos after the photos Rock100 had uploaded were deleted. Most of the photos uploaded by Bobbo1 had been previously uploaded by Rock100. Dancydance, created several minutes before their first edit, made edits between Bobbo1 and Exposay1 on the Nicole Lapin article on the same day. The connection with first set and second set is that Busta777 removed the WP:PUI tags and entries of photos uploaded by Bobbo1 and Exposay1 as detailed in Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Bella1111.
