On advice from [1]


The use of meatpuppets [2] and sockpuppets / single-purpose accounts . Going to bullitin boards and asking for people to help come in and force a point of view. That Duarte was " a racist and Trinitaria inspired the KKK". After long protests by Dominicans, some other moderator ( Puerto Rican, I think), took it off. But still, the Article is still very biased and " Haiti-centric". "" [3] Signing for each other [4] . The basis of some of the changes are due to outside forces. [5] , [6] After not being on the site for a long period of time [7] shows up in the middle in an effort to bypass 3rr violations [8] (which did not happen, he was blocked a second time for the same article)

Red X Unrelated - Avnfx and Dominiman are about 100kms away, on different ranges. The fact that they did edits within 10seconds of each other in November 27, means that they are highly unlikely to be the same. The other guys are all further away from each other.
