Introduction

This is a hard case to collect evidence on.

  • You have a group of people who are motivated by their belief that Scientology is the worst thing since Plan 9 from Outer Space.
  • You have another group that believes Scientology is the best thing since sliced bread.
  • You have yet another group, the moderates, who are not neutral yet they do not go to either extremes.

People are strongly motivated (some much more than others) by their points of views to say the least. Everyone believes they are within policy and can easily quote policies supporting this.

That said most of the dispute is over the content which you will not see in the evidence as content issues are beyond the scope of this and any RFAR. Due to this, the evidence will primarily focus on user conduct.
