When placing evidence here, please be considerate of the arbitrators and be concise. Long, rambling, or stream-of-conciousness rants are not helpful.

As such, it is extremely important that you use the prescribed format. Submitted evidence should include a link to the actual page diff; links to the page itself are not sufficient. For example, to cite the edit by Mennonot to the article Anomalous phenomenon adding a link to Hundredth Monkey use this form: [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Anomalous_phenomenon&diff=5587219&oldid=5584644] [1].

If you object to evidence which is inserted by other participants or third parties please cite the evidence and voice your objections within your own section of the page. It is especially important to not remove evidence presented by others. If something is put in the wrong place, please leave it for the arbitrators to move.

The Arbitrators may analyze evidence and other assertions at /Workshop. /Workshop provides for comment by parties and others as well as Arbitrators. After arriving at proposed principles, findings of fact or remedies, Arbitrators vote at /Proposed decision. Only Arbitrators may edit /Proposed decision.

Evidence presented by User:Aivazovsky[edit]

User:AdilBaguirov violating Wikipedia:No original research[edit]

On various occasions, in various arguments on user talk pages, Adil has attempted to use references and twist them to his own point of view and to draw his own conclusions. He then attempts to "sell" these conclusions as undisputed facts to other users on the disscussion page. He has done this on the Qazakh article [2] and on the Nakhichevan article where he insisted on including a reference to an HETQ piece that supposedly confirmed that the Armenians destroyed their own khachkars in Nakhichevan. However, the stones that were discussed in the article were not khachkars and nowhere does it back up Adil's assertion. Initally, I hastily agreed with Adil to include the HETQ reference in the article to prevent another major Armenian-Azeri dispute from emerging (Shah Abbas' deportations was the major issue at the time). However, as I looked over the situation again, I reversed my position and challenged Adil. Needless to say, he was unable back up his argument. See my full discussion with him on the dispute here [3] and [4]. Even after this, though, Adil continued to try and squeeze the HETQ reference in the article [5]. -- Aivazovsky 19:24, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

User:AdilBaguirov violating Wikipedia:No personal attacks[edit]

Adil has attacked my credibility [6] and has generalized the Armenians as Turkic-hating people [7]. -- Aivazovsky 19:24, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

User:AdilBaguirov responsible multipule article closings[edit]

As proof of Adil's disruptive behavior on Wikipedia, I would like to point out that most of the articles he has participated in were closed due to edit-warring. These include: Karki (Azerbaijan), Koryun (not a recent example, but this illustrates what I'm talking about), Mammed Amin Rasulzade, Nagorno-Karabakh, Nakhichevan, Qazakh, Stepanakert, Tigranes the Great, and Urartu. Before his arrival, all of these were either stable or at least somewhat stable. I ask that the administrators look at the edit histories of these articles. -- Aivazovsky 20:51, 26 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

User:AdilBaguirov evading his block[edit]

After being blocked, Adil, frustrated with his inability to continue creating tension, attempted to evade his block under User talk:158.59.89.27, User talk:158.59.89.27, User talk:70.108.130.75. -- Aivazovsky 20:54, 26 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

User:AdilBaguirov violating Wikipedia:No personal attacks on User:Fadix[edit]

On the edit summary of his latest addition to this article, Adil refers to Fadix as a "fag". [8] -- Aivazovsky 18:31, 10 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

User:Batabat[edit]

I ask that the administrators investigate User:Batabat. In this user's short tenure on Wikipedia, he has defended Adil's behavior of User:Khoikhoi's talk page [9] and he created a user page that only consisted of the following text (also see here for evidence: [10]):

It should be noted that the Republic of Armenia has never laid claim to Nakhichevan, the autonomous Azerbaijani exclave seperated from the rest of Azerbaijan by Armenia's Syunik province. This was an obvious attempt to provoke a response from Armenian editors. His clear unconstructive attitude towards the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict is a violation of Wikipedia:Assume good faith. It has been claimed that Batabat is a sockpuppet of User:AdilBaguirov, though this has yet to be proven. -- Aivazovsky 21:06, 26 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Evidence presented by User:Atabek[edit]

User Fadix violating Wikipedia:Harassment, Wikipedia:Civility, Wikipedia:NPA and Wikipedia:NPOV[edit]

1. Fadix discussing and falsifying contributors' physical identities:

  • [11]: "Tabib who has voted, works in a tink tank organization which work with political parties in Azerbaijan, was a real life friend with Adil, who has associated himself with think thank organizations members of the republic of Turkey..."
  • [12]: "check who are contributing, Tabib is a known leader of some tink tank organization working with Azerbaijan political parties."
  • [13], [14] - more the same
  • [15] - claiming his act of "harassment was appropriate"

2. Attacks against administrator: [16],[17]

3. Attacks against contributors:

  • [18] - ...beside your stupid: "Hit on them," and your intellectual masturbation...
  • [19] - Don't push me to retaliate, because we both know that there is hardly any single Azeri article which is not tainted and that between both uf us, you're the one who has most to lose.
  • [20], [21] - more of the same with self-justification of attacks.

4. POV pushing:

  • [22] - using Armenian sources (Touryan and Zuljan) to accuse Azerbaijanis of allegedly cheering at Armenian earthquake.

User Fadix's False Accusations[edit]

Below Fadix accused me of blocking several pages, however:

Further Fadix is accusing me of having IP or User:Batabat socks. This is plain false:

  • For every accidental IP edits (due to not logging in) of mine I did revert over, recording my username. In the rest, it's none of Fadix's business where my IP is located, as long as I do sign it myself. The comic conclusion Fadix makes about my IP, as if I fly between CA and VA daily just to contribute to Wikipedia, while Fadix still fails to understand that the IP providers can point to any state, I can't control that neither can Fadix trace it correctly to physical location.
  • Regarding User:Batabat, which was earlier accused by Fadix as being User:AdilBaguirov's sock, now suddenly being attributed to me. User:Batabat already proved his identity in Hungary and restored his account. If Fadix still insists he is me, or is located in my time zone, let him bring legitimate evidence proving any connection between myself and User:Batabat.
  • Regarding User:Tengri, who was checkusered to be my sock after my first 7 days in Wikipedia. It was due to the fact that we used the same computer, so it was immature meatpuppeting (rather than sockpuppeting case) as we simply did not get to know Wikipedia rules in 7 days. No instance of such was recorded after the blockage, in fact User:Tengri ignored Wikipedia altogether. He can, however, upon request, furnish the evidence in private showing that he is not me.
  • Fadix's continuous attack in my, AdilBaguirov's or Dacy69's cases are aimed to concentrate purely on ethnicity rather than on disruption. Good proof is that while concentrating on us, Fadix ignored Artaxiad's sockpuppeting and harassment cases and proven attacks by himself, ROOB323 and Eupator.

User Artaxiad/Nareklm's Harassment/Stalking, Meatpuppeting, Revert Warring, Attacks[edit]

1. Harassment/stalking: [27].

2. Harassment and attacks against admins and contributors: [28], [29], [30], [31],[32].

3. Meatpuppeting and edit war coordination with Fadix: [33]:

  • Revert warring plan - "the Azeris have already set foot, the shady bunch, adil, atabek and batabak, i already know batabak and atabek are the same since i cracked him last time now im going to crack him again, kunats hivan koseren, the Turks will obviously reject this because its a major loss to them"
  • Calls for massive revert wars:
  • "we should learn how to fight back because that is what we are known for i have a few tactics but i can't list them here"
  • "That constitutes as fighting back, but we need more hyerer here"
  • Additional meatpuppeting evidence outside of Wikipedia is presented by user Grandmaster below.

4. Hateful comment [34]

5. Reverting 3RR reporting page [35].

6. User Picaroon's call to Artaxiad to cease personal attacks [36].

Users Artaxiad,Eupator and TigranTheGreat[edit]

While Fadix accuses others of edit warring, he fails to mention the role of "his side" of the dispute. Below is evidence of edit wars, in which he claims AdilBaguirov's or Dacy69's responsibility:

1. At Koryun, User:Eupator made 9 reverts, 8 of them with comments "rv" or "rvv" and no explanation: [37], [38], [39],[40],[41],[42],[43],[44],[45], and the page got protected after Eupator's revert [46].

2. At Tigranes the Great extensive revert warring by Eupator: [47], [48], [49], [50], [51], [52], [53], [54], [55], and the page was protected after Eupator's revert [56]. Continued edit warring after unprotection, removing legitimate source, along with Artaxiad, User:Vartanm: [57], [58], [59], [60], [61], [62], [63], [64]

3. At Urartu, first, user Dacy69 reverted by banner user Ararat arev [65]. Further, Artaxiad, Eupator, Aivazovsky join warring without discussion: [66], [67], [68], [69], [70], [71], [72]. Page protected [73]after TigranTheGreat. Upon unprotection, again same users warring also against users Dbachmann and Khoikhoi: [74], [75], [76], [77], [78], [79], [80], [81], [82], [83].

Users Aivazovsky, Artaxiad/Nareklm, Mardavich, TigranTheGreat violating Wikipedia:NOR, Wikipedia:NPOV and edit warring[edit]

1. At Qazakh, Aivazovsky persistently used a POV reference to some "Andrew Andersen, PhD" [84]. Provided with facts at Talk:Qazakh that the information from "Andersen PhD" is false, failing to provide a single publication or credibility of the source, and shown that "Andersen, PhD" was fired for racism [85], [86] by admin Mikkalai, Aivazovsky, along with Artaxiad and Mardavich, engaged in an edit war:

Finally, Khoikhoi blocked the page: [96]

Attempts at Talk:Qazakh to engage Aivazovsky in discussion over edits failed with his comment:

Normally, I would respond to each of these, but this time, I don't think I will. Look, Adil, you're not helping the situation at all.

and a personal attack against administrator Mikkalai [97].

2. March Days was mediated with help of user Srose andArtaxiad/Nareklm agreed to terms of mediation. I quote the words of mediator Srose at [98] claiming all existing edits as NPOV. Yet right after the mediation effort, Aivazovsky and Artaxiad engaged in revert war to remove the references particularly from Firuz Kazemzadeh, American scholar of Persian origin from Yale. Artaxiad's reasoning:

  • Not everyone knows this person

Artaxiad was caught [99] blowing the number of victims in September 1918 events up to 30,000, while citing a source that says 10,000 [100].

3. Hate POV by TigranTheGreat [101] - he wants to restore Armenian ancestry to Azerbaijani lands... in Wikipedia.

Users Mardavich, ROOB323 and Vartanm edit warring[edit]

1. Mardavich denies involvement in this ArbCom [102], however, he was edit warring:

[104].

2. At Monte Melkonian, the leader of ASALA, I provided links to the U.S. State Department reports naming the organization as terrorist: [107], [108], [109]. Subsequently, Vartanm engaged in an edit war [110], removing the evidence without discussion.

Evidence presented by Grandmaster[edit]

Edit warring at Paytakaran[edit]

My edits to this article were removed by User:TigranTheGreat, User:Eupator and User:Fadix. They deleted all the references that I provided and prevented me from editing, which is a violation of WP:OWN. See article history: [111] The most glaring example is this revert by Eupator: [112], which undid all of my recent edits with no explanation. When I restored my version, it was again reverted by Fadix, who expressed his disagreement with the intro, but reverted all of my edits. [113] Fadix himself acknowledged that he reverted my contributions without even reading. [114]

User:Fadix justifies removal of a large text with references and quotes by enforcing a certain guideline on names (!), but the guideline which Fadix cites as a legitimate basis for undoing my edits, actually says:

  • Avoid revert wars: If there is a dispute regarding the naming convention in the contents of the article, to prevent revert wars the name from the title of the relevant article should be used in all occurrences until a consensus is reached on the relevant talk page(s). [115]

However Fadix simply removed from the article without discussion not only the name of the province in Azerbaijani language, but also all my other edits, despite each line being properly referenced.

When extensive discussions gave no results, admin User:Khoikhoi filed a request for official mediation at Wikipedia:Requests_for_mediation/Paytakaran, and while me and other involved editors on both sides agreed, it was User:Fadix who rejected it, and mediation never took place. After that I filed an AMA request [116], and the issue is currently being mediated, check Talk:Paytakaran.

Edit warring at Caucasian Albania[edit]

I made referenced edits to this article, but User:Azerbaijani reverted all of them under the false pretext that I removed referenced info, which I did not. [117] When I restored my edits, they were removed again by an anon IP [118], then by a sock of banned user User:ArenM, and then by another sock of the same banned user [119], and then by User:Artaxiad without any explanation whatsoever: [120] So you can see here very strange coordination of actions between User:Azerbaijani, banned User:Ararat arev and User:Artaxiad, who reverted in turn my edits to this article.

Incivility and personal attacks by User:Fadix[edit]

This editor makes on a regular basis personal attacks and incivil comments on other Wikipedia users, who happen to disagree with him. Such users can find their names even in the headers of the talk threads that Fadix starts, such as this: [121] Numerous incivility blocks of this user speak for themselves: [122] I supported an RfC on this user’s conduct, which was also endorsed by Wikipedia admin InShaneee, please see Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Fadix.

Just one example of the language he used: I haven't read every crap (as we are now, I guess with all the POV pushing you've been doing, I can from this day on consider those crap) you've been introducing. I just got interested in the article History of Azerbaijan, and the first paragraphs were already tainted by the sort of crap you've been spewing. As for your question, for now I have better things to do than chassing again some dishonest POV pushers[123]

I don’t think you can find anyone listed for this arbcom case, whose name would pop up as frequently at WP:ANI board as Fadix's. Here’s admin seeking an advice from colleagues about what to do with Fadix: [124]

Complaints on Fadix by others: [125] [126] [127] [128] [129] [130] This person was warned many times that he should not insult other editors, like here [131].

Sockpuppetry by User:Artaxiad and others[edit]

User:Artaxiad/Nareklm and his sock User:Mikara were reverting pages to support Armenian and Iranian editors. Mikara being sock of Artaxiad/Nareklm was proved by checkuser: [132] Previously he used another sock called HayasaArmen to violate wiki policies. Banned User:Ararat arev was also reverting the contribs of Azerbaijani users to Azerbaijan-Armenia and Iran related articles using socks (for example, User:ArenM and User:Tutmoses8) and anonymous IPs. User:Mardavich and User:Artaxiad supported each other in reverting the articles and voting on various pages. Mardavich voted: [133] [134] Narek voted too: [135] Narek never neither edited nor discussed this article, so it cannot be considered a good faith vote. This activity was definitely coordinated outside of wiki, and reverts by User:Ararat arev strangely coincided with those of some of the aforementioned users. This was reported to WP:ANI, but no measures were taken. [136] It is also interesting to note reappearance of another permanently banned Armenian User:Rovoam and his vandalism of the arbcom page. [137] Somehow he instantly became aware of this arbcom case and turned up for support.

Robert599 (talk · contribs) used socks Jalaleddin (talk · contribs), MarkHessen (talk · contribs) and Վաչագան (talk · contribs) to make controversial edits to Azerbaijan – Armenia related articles and rv, like here: [138] [139] He and his socks have been permanently banned by the admins. As of now, his another 2 suspected socks, User:Zurbagan and User:Pulu-Pughi are involved in edit warring and personal attacks on Ziya_Bunyadov article.

User:Azerbaijani and User:Mardavich reverted the pages to which they were not regular contributors. In addition to edit warring on various Iran related articles, these people have been actively involved in edit wars on Armenia – Azerbaijan related articles, undoing edits by Azerbaijani users. Just a couple of examples of their rvs:

Azerbaijani: [140] [141]

Same for Mardavich: [142] [143] [144] [145] [146] [147]

In addition, these 2 have been edit warring on such articles as Atabeg, Azerbaijan, Arran (Azerbaijan), Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, Musavat, Safavid dynasty, History of the name Azerbaijan, Mammed Amin Rasulzade and many others.

Please see [148] [149] [150] [151]

While Iranian users were reverting for Armenian ones, some Armenian users returned the favor. Some examples: [152] [153] [154] [155] [156] [157]

Artaxiad tried to clean up Wikipedia of images related to Azerbaijan. He tagged for deletion more than 40 Azerbaijan related images on 24 February only, and many more previously, some were deleted, while others were reverted by admins.

Meatpuppeting by User:Artaxiad[edit]

During the voting for deletion of Khachkar destruction article a person who called himself HyeFedayis posted a message at an Armenian forum and was inviting Armenian users to vote for the article "Khachkar destruction" that he created and join Wikipedia to fight “Pan-Turks” like Adil Baguirov. Khachkar destruction was written by User:Artaxiad [158]. This is original URL: [159] I copied the message here: [160] This thread was immediately deleted from the Armenian forum after I posted it here, but I saved it and will provide to arbitrators upon request.

Incivility and racist comments by User:TigranTheGreat[edit]

This user made racist comments about Azerbaijani people. [161]

Admin User:Francis Tyers, who mediated the dispute, removed some of them and pointed Tigran to their inappropriateness: [162]

In the bottom of this thread he attacked the ethnic background of User:Aivazovsky, formerly known as Clevelander and made racist comments. I suggest the arbitrators read that thread. [163] It is very long, so check comments left on 20 December.

Incivility and racist comments by User:Eupator[edit]

This person compared Muslim population of Armenia with Nazis and called them occupants. [164]

When I objected to such comparisons, [165] he called my objections “degenerate outburst”. [166]

Edit warring by User:TigranTheGreat and User:Eupator[edit]

While Fadix claims pages getting always protected because of Azerbaijani editors, it is not so.

Check Nakhichevan log [167] Nagorno-Karabakh log [168] Azerbaijan log [169] Caucasian Albania log [170], Urartu log [171] and so on. The edit wars on these articles started before most of parties to this arbcom case joined Wikipedia and went on for years. All the pages mentioned by Fadix have one thing in common – contribs of Azerbaijani users were reverted by the same people. Usually it were User:TigranTheGreat and User:Eupator, joined sometimes by other users.

Nakhichevan article got protected on 19 December 2006 because of an edit war between two Armenian users, User:TigranTheGreat and User:Aivazovsky. [172] Urartu was protected because of an edit war between currently banned User:Ararat arev and other Armenian, as well as third party users on 17 January 2007. [173]

Edit warring by User:ROOB323[edit]

When I made edits to History of Nagorno-Karabakh, all my edits were reverted by an anon IP. [174] After my version was restored by another user, it was reverted by User:ROOB323: [175], then by an anon IP: [176], and when the article was semi-protected to stop anons from reverting, it was reverted by User:Artaxiad: [177], and again by User:ROOB323: [178]. On 18 February 2007 he made 3 rvs on this page, calling edits by other users “vandalism”, which resulted in page protection. [179] [180] [181].

Edit warring by User:Azerbaijani[edit]

The pages that User:Azerbaijani revert warred at include, but are not limited to: Atabeg, Azerbaijan, Arran (Azerbaijan), Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, Musavat, Safavid dynasty, History of the name Azerbaijan, Mammed Amin Rasulzade and many others. Please check the history of the above mentioned articles. It came to a point when the owner of the website milliondollarbabies.com, which User:Azerbaijani tried to use as a reference for his claim posted a message objecting to such use of his website: [182] However, as of now milliondollarbabies.com is still included as a reference to the protected article Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, because Azerbaijani kept on restoring it to the article despite being explained on talk of this and other articles that he should not do so. [183]

A comment on Golbez’s comment[edit]

Nagorno-Karabakh is a very troubled article, it was protected many times even before me or Adil joined Wikipedia. The intro of that article was disputed many times, and eventually the dispute was resolved when after many months of debates, RfC, etc an admin User:EI_C proposed a statement with which the involved parties agreed. The article was stable until this edit by User:TigranTheGreat, who returned after the long absence: [184]

He changed the intro, and the debate instantly resumed. This is when Golbez joined the dispute. I respect Golbez as an admin, but unfortunately he is not that good as a mediator. Instead of restoring the status quo and inviting the parties to discuss the issues before making changes, he supported Tigran’s action. Moreover, he even reverted the admin User:EI_C, who tried to restore the compromise version. [185] Golbez admitted on the talk his sympathy for separatist movements, which did not increase his credibility with Azeri editors, and in general his involvement resulted in further aggravation of the situation. I asked Francis to join and help resolve the problem, and eventually by joint efforts the dispute was resolved, but it took another couple of months before the parties settled on the current version of the intro.

A comment on Picaroon's evidence[edit]

The diffs provided by Picaroon are taken out of context. Our dispute with User:TigranTheGreat was mediated by Francis Tyers, but no consensus was reached. Tigran disappeared on 22 December, and mediation was left unfinished. When Tigran returned one month later, on 22 January 2007, he tried to insert a very dubious claim with a reference to a single dubious source. This is the complete sequence of events:

03:50, 24 January 2007 TigranTheGreat (Talk | contribs) (→From origins to 1917 - restoring deleted sourced info.)

10:10, 24 January 2007 Grandmaster (Talk | contribs) (rv)

10:39, 24 January 2007 TigranTheGreat (Talk | contribs) m (rv)

10:43, 24 January 2007 Grandmaster (Talk | contribs) (stop it, and see talk)

10:44, 24 January 2007 TigranTheGreat (Talk | contribs) (But I would like not to stop.)

10:53, 24 January 2007 Grandmaster (Talk | contribs) (you'll have to, mind 3RR)

03:55, 25 January 2007 TigranTheGreat (Talk | contribs) (Now why would you warn me against 3RR? Don't you ever want to make me get caught? Just as I get you blocked every time? :))

Overall, this user made 4 rvs in 24 hrs and 5 minutes, with an obvious purpose to avoid 3RR, and ignored my calls to discuss the issue at talk. This edit war resulted in both Tigran and me getting blocked by Dcmdevit, see [186] [187] So it is not like I was edit warring, and the other side was not.

Dispute resolution[edit]

It should be noted that dispute resolution has always been initiated by Azerbaijani users, while Armenian users never applied for any dispute resolution. Both AMA requests were filed by Azerbaijani users, the one for Paytakaran by me: Wikipedia:AMA_Requests_for_Assistance/Requests/January_2007/Grandmaster, and the one for Urartu by Dacy69: Wikipedia:AMA_Requests_for_Assistance/Requests/December_2006/dacy69. User:Fadix disrupted the attempts of the admin to have the dispute on Paytakaran mediated: Wikipedia:Requests_for_mediation/Paytakaran. Most of the informal mediations were initiated by me, [188] [189] [190] and I initiated or supported RfCs to have the disputes resolved: [191] [192]

Unjustified block by Dmcdevit[edit]

User:Dmcdevit provided as a rationale for block my reverts to the articles Safavid dynasty and Khachkar destruction. However, Safavid dynasty is not related to Azerbaijan – Armenia scope and I simply reverted an IP vandalism. Please see: [193]

The anon deleted words from the intro, and reverting childish vandalism does not count as a revert according to the rules. The second rv was on Khachkar destruction, where I reverted the page move by User:Artaxiad. [194] The page that he moved was nominated for deletion (see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Khachkar destruction), and users are not allowed to move pages until RfD is complete. I provided an explanation in the edit summary.

User:Vartanm[edit]

The statement to arbcom by this user is a good example of battleground approach to editing articles in Wikipedia. [195]

Evidence presented by AdilBaguirov[edit]

Personal attacks, smear, harassment by user:Fadix[edit]

It is clear to me that I've become a target of smear campaign and character assassination, coordinated by users Fadix, Artaxiad, ROOB323, Fedayee and Aivazovsky. It is surprizing that some try to make me a scape goat, despite the fact that I've done less reverts and less editing on the Nagorno-Karabakh page (the main page of activity for most of the editors listed here) than users such as Fadix, Artaxiad (aka Nareklm), ROOB323 and others. Instead, for all this time, I've posted pages of quotes and sources to the Talk page. Unfortunately, problems with the NK page, like with other pages, persist, and existed long before my active involvement. The abovementioned users have been actively reverting all edits, sometimes automatically with total disregard to verifiable facts, and used their numerical superiority to the full extent, being unable to deal on the qualitative level. One example is the fuller demographics table, which they (Fadix in particular) always try to remove no matter what -- despite every single number/data having a proper, verifiable citation.

In terms of temper of everyone involved, take a look at the lively, one-way barrage of personal insults, harassment and uncivil behavior of such users as Fadix [196] or ROOB323 [197] on me. Since insults were reported, and sometimes action was taken against them, it is easy to see that Fadix and ROOB323 are more temperamental, and are driven by hate. Also, once more, the above users have done far more reverts than I have ever done, so by no measure can I be blamed anymore than the above users.

User Fadix was told by user:Yuser31415 that he (Fadix) was harassing me, and that Fadix should appologize -- a request Fadix not only ignored, but intensified his false attacks and harassment on me throughout the Wikipedia and on this page [198].

Also, in his below statement, user Fadix tries hard to achieve his stated goal of banning me by smearing my name, in this case by bringing about a quote from FrancisTyers from the time of my very first edits in June-July 2006. See my response then [199] Fadix should heed to the advice of Khoikhoi, InShanee, and Yuser31415, instead of trying to smear and assassinate my character and engage in such behaviour.

User:Eupator engaging in harassment and personal attacks[edit]

User Eupator initiated a campaign of harrassment against me (by posting my photos, articles, links to other information that was unrelated to any of the discussions) on several pages, including on my own Talk page, for which got a verbal warning from admin Khoikhoi to stop it. [200] This promoted for a barrage of more attacks from other users.

Here [201] user Eupator alleges I used a sockpuppet and requests a CheckUser [202] -- which proved all his allegations false (his quote: "I have considerable evidence to request a checkuser as I suspect he's a sockpuppet of User:AdilBaguirov"). In this statement on the same page he proceeds further with harassment, assassination of character and groundless claims: "Adil Baguirov, a known and paid Azeri radical nationalist and a government agent appeared". [203] It should be noted that Eupator's supporters have been proven to use socks, such as user:Artaxiad whose sock user:Mikara has been banned, and a sudden appearance of several other new users who have been reverting ALL my edits.

User:Eupator, as well as user:Artaxiad, user:Davo88 and user:Vartanm engaging in revert warring and disruptive editing[edit]

Whilst users Eupator and Artaxiad have been unreasonable and disruptive since last year, users Davo88 and Vartanm just suddenly appeared on the pages of Artaxiad Dynasty, Orontid Dynasty and Tigran The Great pages, and reverted my edits in tandem with Eupator and Artaxiad.

For example, all four engaging in reverts on the TigranTheGreat page, removing fully sourced, academic and verifiable evidence that was previously discussed and presented on the Talk page: [204], [205], [206], [207], [208], [209], [210].

Here on Orontid Dynasty page users Eupator and Davo88 remove fully sourced, academic and verifiable evidence that was previously discussed and presented on the Talk page: [211] and [212].

The story repeats on the Artaxiad Dynasty page, only now Eupator does it by himself, without the help of his possy: [213] and [214].

Original research by User:Aivazovsky and personal attacks and incivility by User:Fadix and User:Artaxiad (aka User:Nareklm)[edit]

Here user Fadix reveals to user Artaxiad his "strategy" and need for coordination to achieve my block[215]. On this page, user Fedayee, in his statement, exclaims that I will be blocked. All this witch-hunt explains why users Aivazovsky repeat the exact accusation, word-for-word, of users Artaxiad (Nareklm) and Fedayee. User Aivazovsky repeated the IP User talk:158.59.89.27 twice, just like Artaxiad (Nareklm). Meanwhile, I've addressed this allegation in details, for example, here [216], and user Fedayee repeating user Artaxiad (Nareklm) [217].

For some time now, user Fadix conducts his harrassment campaign against me [218]. User Artaxiad (aka Nareklm) continued his groundless charges of sockpuppetry and IP anon, etc., without any proof -- despite the fact that the check user [219] proved that I am who I am, whilst my accusers, like Artaxiad (Nareklm), use socks [220]. I am posting under my name and under my IP, I don't need to "evade" anything or anyone, that's the prerogative of my accusers.

Moreover, Artaxiad (Nareklm) threatened to Dmcdevit revert wars, going for IP anons: "if you guys want to play this game i will to, im not stupid i know how to find these things out, and i promise you its not going to be nice rv wars will start, im not threatening but alot of us are becoming inpatient" [221]

He also expresses his intentions to Fadix: [222] "Hmm you are right i agree, but we should learn how to fight back because that is what we are known for i have a few tactics but i can't list them here, you remember that email?" Fadix made another extensive personal attack on my persona on 02:42, 18 February 2007 (UTC), that was removed by admin Khoikhoi and Fadix temporarily blocked [223][reply]

User Artaxiad (aka Nareklm) continued to make more attacks on me, such as generalized allegations of me supposedly being anti Armenian and what's funny, anti-Iranian: [224]

Because of this, I've accused my attackers to be anti-Azerbaijani and anti-Turkish -- which user Artaxiad (Nareklm) never denied. I've addressed this accusation here [225] and [226]. It's easy to see that my accusations holds water -- as opposed to my accusers' accusations -- they constantly meddle into Azerbaijan-related pages, despite not knowing much about the subjects and rarely factually discuss changes on the Talk pages.

Yet let me finalize on Aivazovsky's ironic khachkar recollection, which he for some reason put under Original Research category, whilst its clearly not, as its verifiable and was not interpreted in any way. Aivazovsky was adamant to include, in the main Nakhichevan (Naxcivan) article, stories of khachkar destruction allegedly in Naxcivan and allegedly by Azerbaijanis. To this, I've included a story from Hetq Armenian magazine[227] about Armenians' destroying their own khachkars and cultural heritage -- and since the Hetq story compares this to khachkar (cross-stones or head-stones, common to Armenians and Caucasian Albanians of the region) destruction in Naxcivan, it was relevant. Aivazovsky, as he admits, initially agreed, but later reversed his decision (which he often does, including on that page about Naxcivan, an interesting flip-flop, which makes discussions and agreements with him nearly impossible, as he self-admittingly reverses his promises easily).

Although Aivazovsky accuses me of "damaging his credibility" on the Qazakh page, anyone who would read the Talk page there would quickly understand he damages his own credibility. He had time since August 2006 to make or agree to make appropriate changes on this very short and simple article, which nevertheless had many errors due to POV. He procrastinated and instead reverted all attempts by others to fix the article. Then, after being pressed for days, he admitted that was wrong about the 1931 date and changed it to another arbitrary date of 1928 [228]. Just an hour later, he's just dumped all the blame for the "mistake" on the expelled-from-university "Dr." Andersen, the "scholar" he preferred to cite over multiple objections [229] There are many more examples of him damaging his own credibility -- such as being the first to post some maps, which he was pointed out by an admin is ORIGINAL RESEARCH, and which he has mislabeled -- instead of reaffirming that they represented borders of c. 1921, he tried to pass them as representing borders to the made-up date of 1931. Anyhow, a summary of all the mistakes at the time was done here [230]. Also, he was offered to apply for mediation, which he for some reason refused [231].

Edit warring and constant reverts by User:Fadix and User:Artaxiad (aka User:Nareklm)and others[edit]

There was edit warring by several users against my edits on at least 3 pages. Despite my edits being completely compliant with verifiability clause of Wikipedia's policy, as well as being from authoritative sources and in fact, in some cases, these bibliographic citations were supplied by unrelated third parties like user Ali Doostzadeh, nevertheless, they were constantly removed and supressed by the triumvirat (sometimes quattro- and penta-virat) of editors, against the evidence presented on each talk pages and even agreement to it by admins, such as Golbez on the Nagorno-Karabakh page.

1) Here's from the Tigranes the Great page, from which the comprehensively discussed (on Talk page), fully sourced and verifiable reference was constantly removed (by users TigranTheGreat, Eupator and Artaxiad) - [232]

Ironically, on the Nakhichevan page, these editors inserted a reference from the Jewish Encyclopedia about Armenian and Jewish families transferred from that region to Persia, but in the article itself [233] it also mentions that Tigranes the Great's family origin was Parthian ("When Vagharshak, brother of the Parthian king Mithridates I., and the founder of the Arshak dynasty, ascended the throne of Armenia 150 B.C.") -- which I pointed out twice in my edit summaries [234]

2) Here's from the Nakhichevan page, from which my and other traditional references were removed (by users ROOB323, Eupator and Artaxiad) [235] but ironically, agreed to by user Aivazovsky [236]

3) Here's from the Nagorno-Karabakh page, from which my expanded demographics-census table (to include all known censuses and not start the date from arbitrary POV), despite being fully sourced, discussed and approved by such admins as Golbez and not reverted by other active admins such as Khoikhoi, is being removed by most notably Fadix - [237] --AdilBaguirov 12:52, 26 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Constant reverts by User:ROOB323[edit]

User ROOB323 is mostly doing reverts, on pages that he never discusses, such as here [238] and here [239].

More reverts and obstruction by User:ROOB323 and User:Artaxiad[edit]

First, users ROOB323 and Artaxiad have again resorted to reverting pages, in this case the page on Erivan_khanate. After I've edited it, in accordance with all the accumulated discussions on its own and other Talks pages, the users above (in this case ROOB323) reverted it [240].

I have re-iterated why my edits should stay, as they have removed: 1) stub about this page being part of Azerbaijan related pages; 2) that Erivan khanate was an Azerbaijani state (like other khanates, such as Karabakh, Naxcivan, Baku, Shirvan, Kuba, Sheki, etc) and was nominally independent at times, and at other times fully independent; that 3) khanate is not a principality (like melikdoms), but a state or kingdom (which is reflected in the military historians' John F. Baddeley presented quotes); and 4) that along with all Armenians, all Jews and all Muslims (Azerbaijanis and Kurds and Persians) were deported by Shah Abbas (discussed at length at the Nakhichevan page). All this has been discussed on other relevant pages, sometimes at length, plus several quotes were provided.

After I pointed out that I am tired of these constant reverts by these users, user ROOB323 made the following insulting and uncivil comments: [241]. This is the type of pressure, insults and attacks I have to constantly endure from a group of several ideologically motivated editors here. --AdilBaguirov 10:12, 28 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Revert warring of user:Azerbaijani[edit]

I've already outlined the activity of user Azerbaijani who has been reverting fully sourced and scholarly references, and working in tandem with other users outlined here: [242]

Incivility and disruptive behavior of User:Fedayee[edit]

I've expressed to him my indignation over his choice of nickname (username), as this etymologically Arabic term, adopted by Armenian para-military, is indeed synonymous with Nazi SS for all Azerbaijanis, particularly those from Karabakh like myself. It is easy to check online the number of self-congratulatory stories and blogs about the "courageous" fedayee, who have been killing and massacring innocent Azerbaijani civilians -- about 10,000 Azerbaijani civilians were killed by these "fedayee" (obviously, not counting military casualties). Hence, this nickname is very offensive and disturbing to be used at such a community.

In his statement on this page, user Fedayee continues to insult now all Azerbaijanis, by stating, "there was nothing called Azerbaijan back then [in late 1880s]". I've suggested to him to open history books and find out for himself that the toponym Azerbaijan is at least 2,300 years old. And I've posted several historic references from Russian and British sources from before the late 1880s that mention Azerbaijan -- not to mention the existance of the Atabeg State of Azerbaijan (12-13 centuries), and bunch of references from medieval Arab historians and geographers.

Then, user Fedayee is simply resorting to a very unfortunate and cheap character assassination when he claims that I don't "like Armenians much" -- despite my earlier response to a similar provocation from user Nareklm (Artaxiad) here [243] Moreover, user Fedayee takes my comment directed at users Fadix, Aivazovsky and Nareklm (Artaxiad) -- that they are anti-Azerbaijani and anti-Turkic -- and makes an out of context statement that: "he generalizes all Armenians as Turkic hating people". What's ironic is that user Fedayee provides the diff which clearly shows that my response was to the 3 users who constantly attack, insult, harrass and provoke me.

Then, on this page, he also "politely" claims I talk "crap".

Finally, just to show once more how sloppy user Fedayee is and is driven only by low qualities of revenge and blind hate, he once again accuses me of smth I have not done, and once more provides a diff for it. On the diff about ARF he provides [244], it has user Atabek, not me. However, whilst Atabek, as all other users, is limited in what he/she can express in the EDIT SUMMARY line, he did correct the outrageously false statement about Karabakh being "assigned" to Azerbaijan in 1920s -- a subject thoroughly discussed on Wikipedia, and evidence from ARMENIAN websites presented showing this to be untrue. It's unfortunate that some propagandists persist with groundless and hastily made claims. --AdilBaguirov 08:16, 28 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Evidence presented by user:Dacy69[edit]

Personal attacks and Edit Revenge by user:Fadix and user:Fedayee[edit]

On page Armenian Revolutionary Federation I made edit based on the referenced information. I wanted add more sources and more information but the page got protected. Without much discussion user Fadix insulted me 2 times [245] and threatened with edit revenge on other Wiki pages [246]. User Fedayee also insulted me, in supporting Fadix claim [247]. I filed 2 complaints about personal attacks but no measure has been taken except warning for 1st insults after which Fadix insulted a second time. I requested assistance on that dispute [248], and finally got it on March 13.

Edit War by user:Eupator and user:TigranTheGreat[edit]

On page Urartu I requested Assistance (mediation offer was not accepted by opponents [249]), got it [250] and resolved my dispute. (We argued about a section of Ethnic Composition) The article Urartu was improved because of my edit and that edit was endorsed by a third-party. But then my opponents (user:Eupator and user:TigranTheGreat) made another attempt to reintroduce their arguments and created another chapter (Urartu and Armenian Ethnogenesis) and for that purpose continued deleting my edits there.

During the dispute user:Eupator insulted me but I, acting in good spirit, droped the complain about him. I quote the mediator:

The heated language / insults used by Eupator in this case is regrettable, but not that unusual or vicious when points of view are disputed by enthusiastic editors. I've drawn Eupator's attention to his choice of language, and Dacy69 is quite happy to drop complaints of Personal Attack .[251]

Other pages[edit]

There are other pages which needs DR - Monte Melkonian, where I have requested third opinion and made mediation offer to user:Vartanm, and Armenians where user:ROOB323, user:Vartanm and user:Eupator made rv of well-known facts and reputable references.

What some Armenian editors call "relevant peace" (existed allegedly before Adil, me and other editors started editing) is nothing more than Armenian editors' desire to polish some articles and present nationalistic versions. The pages was blocked not because our edits but because such nationalist editors reverted repeatedly back our editings, sometimes without discussions. user:Fadix further states about "villifying" Armenia-related pages. First of all, all pages in Wiki can be equally edited by anyone. Secondly, under Armenia-related pages some include pages about Nagorno-Karabakh which remain de jure a part of Azerbaijan. Further this user does not mention that several Armenian users edit Azerbaijan related pages. Personally I see no problem with that - everybody is welcomed to make his/her contribution with proper references. Desire to preserve own version does not give a ground to call others' editing "villifying".

user:Fadix is flooding the current page with diffs just claiming that it is edit war while many edits he refers to are just edits per se (not blind reverts which he made himself many times) but additions or improvements of the articles. It is also should be noted how many times user:Fadix insulted his opponents and involved in edit wars. I believe that evidences provided by me and other editors about user:Fadix and some others speak for themselves and require no additional comments.

Thus far Armenian editors failed produced any single example when they tried DR.

Groundless accusation in sockpupetting by user:Fadix[edit]

On numerous occasions user:Fadix made a number of accusation that I am Adil's sockpuppet, and he continues it in a different way on this page. That was checked long ago on January 7, 2007 and user:SilkTork stated: "Also, there has been mention that Dacy69 is a potential sock-puppet. I have looked into this. There is no evidence for this. So I would assume that from this point on editors will stop making that accusation" [252]

user:Fadix is forging evidences[edit]

In his section of evidences user:Fadix listed articles which was locked allegedely because of my edit. He has bombed Arbcom's evidence page with so many diffs in hope that diffs won't be checked. So, in the list of pages only one page was protected after my edit [253] (and we should look at edit itself - whether it is well-sourced or not). Others pages was locked not after my edit - let's look at diffs which fadix presented to blame me: [254], [255], [256], [257] - some of them was actually locked after Armenian editors. So, consequences of my edit and blind reverts of opponents should not be mixed up. As it was in case of Urartu page my edits can be checked whether they suit Wiki requirements. And for arbitrors information I would like to quote a comment of a third party about my edit on Urartu: Dacy69 has provided appropriate evidence in support of his edits. I have made a comment on the talk page of Urartu explaining that Dacy69 is making appropriate edits and inviting editors to talk to me if they have concerns. I regard the matter as closed. SilkTork 21:20, 7 January 2007 (UTC)[258]

In the meantime it will be useful to analyze how Armenian editors concerted their efforts in blind reverting of my edit - in most cases without discussion on talkpage. I will look now on pages which user:Fadix presented and some others:

1 Urartu - I started my edit on 10 December [259]. 5 Armenian users reverted my edits - user:Ararat arev (blocked permanently for vandalism) user:Artaxiad (blocked permanently for harassing), user:Eupator, user:Aivazovsky, user:TigranTheGreat

2 - Armenia I started my edit on 11 December and particlularly on 20s December - the same users reverted and removed my edit - user:Artaxiad, user:Eupator, user:Aivazovsky, user:Ararat arev - [260]

3 - Monte Melkonian - user:Artaxiad, user:Vartanm, user:ROOB323, user:Fedayee, user:MarshallBagramyan concertedly removed refrenced info [261].

4 - Armenian Revolutionary Federation - [262] here the picture is more diverse - there are some Azeri editors who made their contributions vs. Armenian editors' rv.

5 - Armenians - a page where I proved my edit which now in the text. After my first edit 16 February 2007 [263] user:Artaxiad, user:Vartanm, user:ROOB323, user:Fedayee, user:The Myotis reverted my edit. From that list only user:Fedayee and user:The Myotis participated significantly in talkpage.

So, Armenian editors guard Armenia related pages like they own them, and as soon as you touch them (even if your edit is well-referenced) they are removing it and like user:Fadix blame you in edit war In the meantime, as I mentioned, they are freely editing Azerbaijani related pages (which, in my view, is ok - everyone can edit them with proper references). But no Azeri editor made complain about the fact that they edited them unlike user:Fadix and other who repeatedly call it villifying

Further, in his section user:Fadix listed pages which I edited. First of all, it is not a complete list. Second - many pages have nothing to do with Armenian. Thirdly, again there is no rule which prohibit an editor from one ethnic group to edit pages of another ethnic group or state. Opposite claim is clearly replete with racism. He claims further that I followed user:Eupator -blatant accusation - this is easly can be checked - many pages Euapator visited following me with regard my edits. Other users (e.g.user:Artaxiad did the same).

And finally, I just would like to draw Arbcom attention to harrasment which Armenian editors launched since my edit. My talkpage is a best example - how I was pressed [264] while a neutral editor encouraged me to do more edits: "I would encourage you to take a look around here and keep editing on more pages, so long as you have the time (wikipedia can become addictive and engrossing). You seem to have a level head on your shoulders, and we often need that more than anything else. You mentioned in another page that you've got formal history training. Mind if I ask what field? Thanatosimii 01:05, 12 December 2006 (UTC) [265][reply]

user:Aivazovsky[edit]

Initially I had positive interaction with user:Aivazovsky (then his user name was user:Clevelander) and approached to him with suggestion to work on Armenian-Azerbaijani related articles [266] Some Armenian users started creating groundless pages which they later removed because it had no academic and factual ground (for example page Baku massacre of May 1920 - fictious event which never occurred) created by user:Artaxiad - (then he had another username - user:Nareklm), and now this user is blocked permanently for harrassing.). We agreed to resolve this issue. While we worked positively, user:Aivazovsky asked me not to edit page Yerevan [267] where I put a referenced info. I have never edited a page Yerevan since that time in accordance with our agreement. Moreover, I did some traslation job for him according to our agreement [268]

However, later the behaviour of user:Aivazovsky became non-negotiable and I would say aggressive. He has repeatedly reverted edits of Azerbaijani editors under the false pretext of reverting vandalism or without any explanation at all. Thus, he reverted the article March Days without any explanation: [269]. Then he reverted all edits by User:Parishan on Azeris in Armenia: [270], and after the deleted info was restored by a third party user: [271], he proceeded to delete sourced info that he did not like. Talk:Azeris_in_Armenia He also refuses to provide explanations for the deletion of info on Erivan khanate: [272]

Such disruptive behavior was noted by a third party user: [273] [274] and Aivazovsky was reported to WP:ANI board: [275] But that did not stop Aivazovsky from moving the page Khachkar destruction to a new title [276] without any consensus, despite the result of AfD being to keep the article at original title: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Khachkar destruction, and deleting all the info he did not like in that article without any explanation. [277]

Evidence presented by user:ROOB323[edit]

False Accusations, Blinde Reverts and Revange against Armenian related articles by User:Grandmaster[edit]

Like I said in the [278] page I'll say it in this page also. User:Grandmaster doesn't even read what he is reverting as long as he sees that an Armenian user has added information he blindly removes it without even examining and reading the content just like in this article [279]. I did some re-arrangements and spell checks and improved the article, but it was reverted back by User:Grandmaster without looking what he is reverting. This shows that User:Grandmaster reverts Armenian users edits without even reading the content that he is reverting. It is disrespectful when you put a lot of efforts to an article and someone comes and reverts it back to their own views, without even reading the content that they are reverting. Also, User:Grandmaster accused me of coordination with banned user by saying "coordination of your rv activty with banned user" [280] but he doesn't even have a prove of his false accusations towards me. Furthermore, User:Grandmaster is now using a new strategy against Armenian related articles by listing them for deletion without giving and solid reasons only stating it is POW and should be deleted and all the other Azeri users supporting him [281]. Since that article was created by an Armenian user he wans it deleted in revange of this Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict.

False Accusations, Wikipedia Rule Violation, Edit Warring by User:AdilBaguirov[edit]

User:AdilBaguirov sometimes tried to force his views with telling lies that his version is "discussed version with compromise wording reverting it is not the option" [282], but if you look at the discussion page, there was still no compormoise. He tries to achive his goals by pressuring other users to accept their points of view. Furthermore, User:AdilBaguirov in this page [283] violated the 3RR [284], [285] and [286] and accused me of vandalising the page, [287] and [288], [289] just because his views did not match with the viwes of mine and I was only reverting to an older version which was there before until a comprimise could be made.

Here we go again. User:AdilBaguirov reverted History of Nagorno-Karabakh article without even participating in the discussion page, without any reasons and not even reading what he has reverted. It seems that User:AdilBaguirov and User:Grandmaster both revert in cordination with each other. Since User:Grandmaster reverted the article a few hours ago [290] and was warned that he can only revert once and "removals and additions should be piecemeal and explained on this talk page and in the edit summary" [291], [292] his buddy User:AdilBaguirov came in without any discussions and started reverting back and trying to start an edit warring [293]. Alos, before User:AdilBaguirov came in and started reverting, without participating in the discussion page. I wrote in the talk page that we should discuss and not revert the article until there is a compromise [294], but since User:Grandmaster, but User:AdilBaguirov ignored and did what he is good at and that is starting an edit war.

User:AdilBaguirov once again has started another edit war in the Erivan khanate article, which is another Armenian related article that he has started to push his POW [295]. Adding information that does not have any references and which was not discussed. He edited the article without even discussing. Than he comes here and crys about me reverting without participating in the discussion pagees of other articles.

Blinde Reverts and Cordination of his Reverts with Azeri users against Armenian users by User:Atabek[edit]

User:Atabek also does blinde reverts with his friend User:Grandmaster without paying attention of the content he is reverting [296] this shows that this two users cordinate their edits together and revert anything back that was added by an Armenian user.

Evidence presented by user:Fadix[edit]

AdilBaguirov and the locking of articles[edit]

What happens to the articles user:AdilBaguirov touched just after he registered and before he took his vacation[edit]

First article AdilBaguirov touched, result: LOCKED[edit]

user:AdilBaguirov first contribution on Wikipedia was on May 13, 2006 and it was on Nezami article. [297]. He made only one edit on that date; and his second edit was only 10 days later, on May 23, 2006 on which date he made a series of edits on the article. [298], [299], [300], [301], [302], [303], [304], [305], [306], [307]. He revert the article with his text on May 31, 2006. [308], hours later engage in the edit war again, again and again. [309], [310], [311]. He further continues few days later. [312], [313], tag a revert as minor [314], then continue [315], [316], this chene f event engaged by user:AdilBaguirov turned the article into a war front and an Administrator had to lock the article on the same day. [317]

Special note: the article Nezami was created on January 17, 2004 and before AdilBaguirov introduced himself it never was protected.

  • When AdilBaguirov left the article, during his vacation period, the article was never protected.
Second article AdilBaguirov touched, result: Doesn’t apply, minor edit.[edit]

The second article he contributed in was Ali-Agha Shikhlinski, with a minor edit [318] about some Azeri military figure, this one hasn’t created any edit war. Something rare.

Third article AdilBaguirov touched, result: LOCKED[edit]

Koryun, he first edited it on June 1, 2006 [319], again this escaladed into a revert war when user:AdilBaguirov again reverted on June 7, 2006 and started edit warring. [320], [321], [322], [323], [324], [325], [326]. After the intense edit warring on June 10, 2006 which was started the day user:AdilBaguirov started contributing on the article, an Administrator has locked the article. [327]

Special note: the article Koryun was created on December, 2005 and before AdilBaguirov introduced himself it never was protected.

  • When AdilBaguirov left the article, during his vacation period, the article was never protected.
Fourth article AdilBaguirov touched, result: LOCKED[edit]

The fourth article user:AdilBaguirov contributed in, was Tigran the Great [328], reverted; in June 7, 2006 he finally decide to engage in a revert war. [329], [330], [331], [332], [333], [334], [335]. As a result an admin locked the article. [336]

Special note: the article Tigran the Great was created on February 14, 2003 and before AdilBaguirov introduced himself it never was protected.

  • When AdilBaguirov left the article, during his vacation period, the article was never protected.
Fifth article AdilBaguirov touched, result: LOCKED[edit]

The fifth article user:AdilBaguirov contributed in was the one on Nakhichevan, he started editing it on June 9, 2006 and edit warred the same day he started editing it. [337], [338], [339], [340], [341], [342], [343]. The edit war was stopped when an administrator protected the article. [344]

Sixth article AdilBaguirov touched, result: LOCKED[edit]

The sixth article user:AdilBaguirov touched was Nagorno-Karabakh, he first edited it on June 9 2006 [345], [346], [347], [348], [349], [350], [351], [352], [353], [354], [355], [356], [357], [358], [359], [360]. At this point it is important to note that a process of mediation brought two administrators user:Golbez and Francis Tyers were moderating the article and trying to reach consensus, but with the continual reverts of user:AdilBaguirov he disturbed the mediation. [361], [362], [363], [364], [365], [366]. He left the article alone a little bit untiluser:Golbez announced he would be away a little bit [367] just a day later on July 6, 2006 user:AdilBaguirov resumed his edit warring, [368], [369], [370], [371], [372], [373], [374], [375], [376], [377], [378], [379], [380]. The edit warring was stopped by an administrator by locking the article. [381]. This was what user:Golbez had to say about it. [382]

December 10, 2006 AdilBaguirov back from vacation, edit warring resume[edit]

On that date he starts back from where he left.

First article he touch after his vacation, result: LOCKED[edit]

Urartu, he starts edit warring [383], [384]. The edit war two days later ended up with the article being locked. [385] The last lock before that was on May 26, 2005 [386] which was because a banned user was edit warring. [387]

Second article he touch after his vacation, result: LOCKED[edit]

Armenia [388], [389], locked two days later. [390]. But being honest, this time he shared the blame.

Third article he touch after his vacation, result: LOCKED[edit]

Mammed Amin Rasulzade, AdilBaguirov started contributing on January 24, 2007, [391], [392], [393], [394], [395], [396], [397], [398], [399], [400]. To stop the edit war, the article was locked. [401]

  • This article was never locked before.
Fourth article he touch after his vacation, result: LOCKED[edit]

Azerbaijan [402], [403], [404], [405], [406]. The article got locked. [407]

And so on and on, result: LOCKED[edit]

I will restrict here some few more example from the articles he has locked before he took his vacation and later what happened to them when he came back of his vacation. Nakhichevan, AdilBaguirov contribute on January 27, 2007 [408], [409], [410], [411], [412], [413]. The article gets locked the same day. [414]

He touch Stepanakert [415], [416], [417], [418], [419], [420], [421], [422], [423], [424], [425], [426], [427], [428]. The article get locked. [429] The last time before that the article was locked was May 26, 2005. [430]

I will be skipping many articles which were locked.

Another case is Nagorno Karabakh article; hard reached concessions brought some peace to the article until AdilBaguirov decided to contribute back. [431], [432], [433], [434], [435]. The article gets locked. [436] for a week. AdilBaguirov continue later against the consensus version which took months to reach. [437], [438], [439]. The article got locked again. [440]

And so on.

Dacy69 comes into the picture[edit]

The first edit he makes was on December 9, 2006 one day before AdilBaguirov returned from his vacation; Result LOCKED[edit]

user:Dacy69 edited Yerevan article as his first edit. [441], and later on in the next days he start edit warring. [442], [443], [444], [445], [446], [447], [448], [449]. Result, the article had to be locked. [450]

This article was never locked before.

Second article he edits is Urartu starting on December 10, 2006; Result LOCKED[edit]

Urartu [451], [452], [453], [454], [455], [456], [457], [458]. [459] The last lock before that was on May 26, 2005 [460] which was because a banned user was edit warring. [461]

Third article he edits is Armenia, he start editing on December 10, 2006; Result LOCKED[edit]

Armenia [462], [463], [464], [465], [466], [467]. The article, locked. [468]

Fourth article he edits is Preventive Diplomacy[edit]

[469] and I congratulate him here for it. Since no locking.

Fifth article he edits is Paytakaran; Result LOCKED[edit]

Paytakaran [470], [471], [472], the article gets protected. [473]

Sixth article, Armenia is unprotected, so Dacy69 resumes the edit warring; Result LOCKED[edit]

Armenia [474], [475], [476], [477], [478], [479], [480]. And of course, again the article got locked. [481]

Seventh article, Urartu is unprotected, so Dacy69 resumes the edit warring; Result LOCKED[edit]

Urartu [482], [483], [484], [485], [486], [487], [488]. The article gets locked. [489] To be honest, this time a banned member had also a large part of the blame to share.

Atabek comes in and touch the articles, the duo was not enough[edit]

user:Atabek started contributing on English Wikipedia on January 21. Interesting and worthwhile observation is that on Russian Wikipedia both AdilBaguirov and Atabek registered the same day (January 16, 2007). [490], [491].

user:Tengri and user:Atabek being the same, so I have merged them, he denies it, but this later I will cover.

First edit Atabek makes is[edit]

List of sovereign states About Karabakh. [492].

Second article he edits is... result: LOCKED[edit]

History of the name Azerbaijan [493], [494], [495], [496], [497]. The article gets locked. [498].

Third article he touch is... result: LOCKED[edit]

Safavid dynasty, [499], [500], [501], [502], [503], [504], [505], [506], [507], [508], [509], he place it at rest and then continue later. [510], [511], [512], [513], [514], [515], [516], [517], [518], [519], [520], [521], [522], [523], [524], [525], [526], [527]. Obviously the article gets locked. [528].

Fourth article he touched[edit]

Safi Al-Din [529], [530], this article was not locked. Good.

Fifth article he touched[edit]

History of Azerbaijan [531], [532], [533], [534]. Nice, the article does not get locked.

Sixth article he touched[edit]

Armenia: The Secrets of a Christian Terrorist State [535], [536], [537]. The article does not get locked. Better than AdilBaguirov and Dacy69.

Seventh article he touched... result: should have been LOCKED[edit]

Musavat [538], [539], [540], [541], [542]. His sock Tengri continue the edit warring. [543], [544], [545], [546]. The article does not get locked. But this was a technical issue, as the article should have been locked as he continued. [547], [548], [549], [550], [551], [552], [553], [554].

The 8th article he touched... result: LOCKED[edit]

Azerbaijan Democratic Republic [555], [556], [557]. At first it did not get locked, he continued later though. [558], [559], [560], [561]. With the chain of events the article finally got locked. [562].

The ninth article he touches... result: LOCKED[edit]

March Days He knew this article was controversial, he came in and started. [563], [564], [565], [566], [567], [568], [569], [570], [571], [572], [573], [574], [575], [576], [577], [578], [579], [580], [581]. Obviously, the article gets locked. [582].

And so on, various others locked later, some of them I will be including in the other section of my evidence to document that there is organization and premeditation, meatpuppeting and cohesion between those users.

Socks and meat puppets[edit]

Atabek and his socks[edit]

User:Atabek denied and still denies having used the account user:Tengri after a checkuser. But contradicts himself. Khoikhoi, who gave you an assumption that Tengri and myself is the same person. He is my friend, and I did use his computer last week. But it does not mean we are the same person. [583] But he also said: As a result my friend Tengri who used my computer about a week ago, was accused of being myself without any legitimate proof on hand. [584]

Atabek is playing with the system[edit]
  • Atabek
  • Tengri
  • Batabat
  • 76.81.224.13
  • 206.170.234.14

He has used two different IPs which traced at two different places.

76.81.224.13 tracing to Herndon, VA, USA. We wee here, where he signs that it is his IP [585]

206.170.234.14 tracing to Irvine, CA, USA. We see here where he signs that it is his IP [586]

And he claims that Batabat is not him, Batabat claims to live in Budapest, but does not edit as someone living in the European time zone, not only contributing in Atabek timezone but there is a continuity between both users contribution when merging their edits. [587]

They vote one after the other, waiting minutes. [588] and [589]

From the merge of their contribution, they contributed on the same exact articles, waiting minutes, when one appeared the other disappeared and so on. [590]

Tengri checkuser revealed that Atabek uses other IPs(The one who run checkusers answered to my remark about the multipe IPs: It is correct that Atabek also has used other IPs.) [591]

Tengri, Atabek, Batabat, and another IP not pointing at Irvine, while Batabat is supposed to be in Europe, he toyed with the system by using IPs poiting at different locations. After all those evidences, he still denies it.

Dacy69 and his possible socks[edit]

User:Elnurso started contributing on English Wikipedia on December 8, 2006 [592] The same day Dacy69 registered on Russian Wikipedia [593]

When merging both users, they show continuity. [594]

Basically, when one user was not there for a day, the other was etc. user:70.244.225 match with Elnurso as can be seen from the merging. When adding Dacy contribution from Russian Wikipedia, the link is even clearer. It seems that he has created two different account to edit two different themes. Interesting is that 70.244.225 does not point to Canada. Again, suggesting that he too tried to game the system.

  • Arsacid Dynasty of Armenia aricle. Adil adds it was not Armenian. [637]

User:Cool Cat place the category Armenian terrorism for deletion [645]. Then he say that there is only one article in that category anyway. [646] About two hours later Atabek vote. [647] then add the category on an article. [648] Create an article about an individual with the category Armenian terrorism. [649] Then after its removal has gone and removed the terrorism category from another article to make a point. [650] Then he finally creates another page, in which he add the category. [651] While the community has a problem with the category Terrorism, he started creating pages and adding the “Armenian Terrorism” category while still on cfd. Tabib POV Pushing[edit]

Tabib, who wasn’t even involved in the discussion has on various time edited the Armenian genocide page and other articles including the Armenian genocide.

The various edits Tabib has done concerning the Armenian genocide. Removes genocide term. [652] Modify figures. [653] Adds disputed. [654] Adds it on the Genocide in history main [655] Edits Armenian quote. [656] Reverts [657] [On the Armenia page, removes genocide term. [658] Does the same on the World War I article. [659] On Armenian quote, reverts Jayjg again, by asking to not wage a propaganda war. [660] Then adds historical additions, copied from a revisionist site. [661] Again, on the main World War I, removes the term genocide. [662] Readd the totally disputed tag on the Armenian Genocide article. [663] Readd it again. [664] Readd it again. [665] Readd totally disputed. [666] Again. [667] Again(Arbcom should read summary) [668] This time when he is reverted, Grandmaster engages. [669] Then Tabib continue [670] Again [671] Ironically, removes tag for Khojaly Massacre also called “Genocide” on the basis that it yields results on google. (while he add the tag on the Armenian Genocide, second most studied case, and removes the term genocide on various occasions) [672]

Grandmaster supports and defend edit warriors just because they are Azeri making things more difficult[edit]

Grandmaster is very severally revert warring[edit]

  • Doing a search for the term rv. In the history of Grandmaster edits provide 396 edit summary with that term. Which is basically nearly as much as my entire contribution in mainspace. [673]

Clearly abusive given that he is not accomplishing any sysoft task. Inclusion criteria: edit summary must be in mainspace, if the edit summary already contained in another inclusion criteria it is not counted twice (example, the term rv and revert, or restort and revert etc. including in an edit summary count once)

  • Update: 20 edit summary with the term revert (including the verb in past tense etc.) and not others in the inclusion criteria.
  • Update: 72 edit summary with the term restor (including the verb in past tense etc.) and not others in the inclusion criteria.
  • Update: 18 edit summary with the term stop (including the verb in past tense etc.) and not others in the inclusion criteria.

Total revert by Grandmaster found until now (not final as their are other reverts without proper edit summary, those without proper edit summary diff will be posted here, since they are not verifiable, while those with the inclusion criteria word the Arbcom can check and confirm in Grandmaster edit history) : 506

Answer to Grandmaster: Fine, I will post all the diff in a subsection in my user page and post the link here. As over 500 diff would be excessif in the evidence page.

Tabib is acting as the meatpuppet of Grandmaster[edit]

I think the Arbcom should check user:Tabib contribution history. [674]

Edit summaries...

[675],[676], [677], [678], [679], [680], [681], [682],[683], [684], [685], [686], [687], [688], [689], [690], [691], [692].

And so on.

In fact, nearly all of Tabib contribution after Grandmaster has started contributing on Wikipedia were reverts, reverts, significantly reverts to Grandmaster and etc.

Tabib voting patern, meatpuppeting for Grandmaster, while both never contacted eachothers on Wikipedia but knew eachothers regardless[edit]

Grandmaster replaced Tabib who nearly entirely limited his edits after Grandmaster replacement, to rv and voting in the profit of Grandmaster. e.g. Grandmaster place a template for deletion on November 9, 2006, vote a day later 10 hours later Tabib vote. [693] Before that vote, the last time Tabib contributed was on August 18, 2006. [694]. Another case, after November 10, the next time Tabib reappeared was on January 17, 2007, again Grandmaster voted on another request for deletion. [695] The next appearance by Tabib was on February 12, 2007, again a poll, this time on the request for FA, Grandmaster vote, the next vote was by Tabib, two hours later. [696]

Grandmasters engage on Armenian-Turkish issues, opposing Armenians there too(POV pushing)[edit]

Articles related to the Turkish-Armenian issue but not Azerbaijan. [697] Here another one. [698] Here another one. [699] Of course the Armenian genocide denial template as well. [700], here another one. [701]

The pattern is always the same. Artin Penik, Grandmaster does vote, but none of the other members with whom he meatpuppet have followed. [702] But let see the other cases. Armenia: The_Secrets of a Christian Terrorist State. First Atabek vote. [703] Then over a hour later Grandmaster vote. [704]. Atabek later changed his vote to Grandmaster position. [705]

The Ottoman Muslim casualties of World War I. Grandmaster vote. [706] Ulvi I. over two hours after. [707] (funny part is that the explanation he provides shows that he didn’t even follow the discussion as the suggestion was actually to extend the article to cover all Ottoman casualties and not limit to Muslims , which is what happened). 6 minutes after AdilBaguirov vote. [708] Then, less than an hour after, it is Dacy69 turn. [709] And then to finish, Tabib. [710] (his answer has actually shown that he did even not read, two of the articles he relates were actually created by a Turkish member as a FORK for the main casualty article and that I requested its deletion, one of which was successfully deleted)

The Genocide deniers category. First Grandmaster votes [711] then it’s Atabek turn. [712] Then AdilBaguirov turn. [713]

Organization and premeditation[edit]

Background[edit]

All, user:Atabek, user:AdilBaguirov, user:Dacy69 and user:Tabib have never written in user:Grandmaster talkpage. [714] Before May 23, 2006 user:Grandmaster apparently didn’t know user:AdilBaguirov [715]. On the other hand, neither user:Atabek, nor user:Dacy69 nor user:Tabib had ever written in user:AdilBaguirov talkpage. [716]. Neither user:AdilBaguirov, nor, user:Grandmaster, nor user:Dacy69 nor user:Tabib have ever written in user:Atabek talk page. [717]. Lets see on user:Dacy69 case. user:Grandmaster wrote twice in his talk page. [718], [719]. First time it was to answer another member; the second was to agree with user:Dacy69 on his answer to another member. user:AdilBaguirov nor user:Atabek nor user:Tabib wrote in user:Dacy69 talkpage. [720]. (It will be understood later why this paragraph is important)

  • Updated, after this above report, they have started writting on eachothers talkpage, see each talkpage history.

Other fact to consider. user:Dacy69 has started contributing on Russian Wikipedia on December 8, 2006. [721]. The same day the account user:Elnurso was created in English Wikipedia.[722] A day later he registered user:Dacy69 on English Wikipedia [723] one day after user:Dacy69 contributed on Wikipedia, user:AdilBaguirov resurface after months of absence and rv. to user:Dacy69 change. [724].

They knew eachother, yet, not from Russian Wikipedia since which user:Dacy69 registered his account there on December 8, 2006 while user:AdilBaguirov first contributed on Russian Wikipedia on January 16. [725] Also basically the same day user:Atabek has started contributing on Russian Wikipedia. [726]

user:Atabek socking does not end in English Wikipedia, as in Russian Wikipedia in the same day as user:Atabek and user:AdilBaguirov have contributed for the first time, Omega, another account was created to support Stepanakert name change. [727]. Another account created on January 11, zizi also supported that change. [728] Neros another account created on January 13 supporting the other possible socks. [729]

Defending myself against false accusations[edit]

See evidence supplement. [730]

Evidences that do not fit in other categories[edit]

Some established members had this to say about AdilBaguirov[edit]

FrancisTyers[edit]

I would agree that Adil is being disruptive. I highly doubt that he will be able to contribute according to policy at all. Unfortunately he's been here too little time, and I suspect hasn't infuriated enough people to be considered for arbitration. Perhaps you could run a preliminary RfC ? [731] Now he has, he has...

Evidence presented by User:Golbez[edit]

I only have this old diff from July 2006, the background of which was already mentioned in Fadix's evidence: [732]. It contains a log of reverts (unfortunately not linked) while I was away from the article, leaving it without a real moderator for a few days. I considered Adil and Grandmaster the primary issues then, though in my experience since, Grandmaster seems to have tempered a bit. Adil has not. I suggested arbitration seven months ago to get him to stop editing the article, but things seemed to calm down. It would appear the conflict simply spread to other articles that I was not involved in. --Golbez 12:09, 27 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Evidence presented by User:Fedayee[edit]

Generalisation attack and instigating comments by User:AdilBaguirov/User:Atabek[edit]

It is frustrating to know that the people you are trying to resolve this conflict with view all Armenians as Turkic hating people. It is this kind of emotion that makes editors act in bad faith, to try their best to make the Armenians look bad. What I am implying is this [733]. In this statement by User:AdilBaguirov, he generalizes all Armenians as Turkic hating people. This is an obvious attempt to ignite tensions between Turks and Armenians, which is already emotional due to the Armenian Genocide. Any veteran wikipedia user will know that Turkish and Armenian editors rarely see eye-to-eye. The Hrant Dink article was a step forward in cooperation, of course this would ire Mr. Baguirov. So what could he do? Well he will try and broaden the current conflict. Then he goes on to give me a speech on why I should change my nickname [734], something that I view as an insult. He goes on to try and give me a history about the word "fidain", which is proven to be wrong because he obviously does not know anything about the history of the word, or Armenians for that matter. He goes on the compare Armenians to...get this, SS Stormtroopers! Of course, we always have that ASALA comment as well, this is all found in the same link provided previously.

user:Atabek participated in the revert war on the Armenian Revolutionary Federation article and tried to deny history by saying the following during a revert: (actually Karabakh is an irrelevant topic on ARF page, it's a disputed territory, and there are several pages devoted to it.) [735] This statement shows under what intentions this user is editing. He points out that "karabakh is a disputed territory", something every Armenian and Azeri knows. What does that have to do with not writing about the ARF's involvment in Karabagh? This is an instigating comment at the involvment of many users.

So to sum it up, User:AdilBaguirov does not like Armenians much.

The term "terrorism" and User:Dacy69/User:Atabek[edit]

User:Dacy69 and User:Atabek's negative contributions to every Armenian article has led to the shut down of many of them including the Armenian Revolutionary Federation article I've been working on in relative peace for months now, w/ NPOV users/admins helping me out. I would like to start by saying that User:Dacy69 tried to instigate a personal attack from me by saying the following during one of his reverts, in his edit summary: (it is wiki, it's not battleground - there is no place for 'fidayins'. You should respect knowledge and be equipped with that. pls respect referenced info) [736] This is an insult to my nickname and is only said to anger me and to expect a personal attack which he could therefore use to get me blocked. That reporting system is flawed because it is only used to silence an editor opposing one's views. Anyway User:Dacy69 and User:Atabek seem to be on a coordinated mission to attach the word "terrorism" with Armenian articles. The one that baffled me was this attempt in linking Osama Bin Laden out of all people, to Armenia. [737] Bad faith and ridiculous. They have also disturbed in Armenian Revolutionary Federation article by trying to add "terrorism" to it with a reference provided by User:Dacy69 that is unreliable because it is an anti-ARF reference. Another attempt by User:Atabek to add the famous word of "terrorism" to ARF came in the source of something that has already been discussed in the article itself, clearly showing that these editors do not read the Armenian articles in which they try to add the word "terrorism" but only assume that all Armenians will act in bad faith and not cover certain material. [738] The article already covers all this and if he was to read the article, he would know that these charges were fraudulently created by a previous Armenian president. [739]

Furthermore, User:Atabek's emotions blind him when he edits articles. Here he states that "26 dead (Armenians) against thousands of Azeris butchered". His simple use of the word "dead" to refer to Armenian victims and the use of the word "butchered" to refer to Azeri victims is ambiguous and sad. [740]

User:Dacy69 also uses words like "punishment" against me and User:Fadix. "and I hope this will sort out who are wrong, who are smart and punishment will come who can't conduct a decent dispute" [741] Punishment? what are we now... criminals? He has obviously taken this entire thing to the next level by considering that we need punishment. - Fedayee 00:36, 28 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

User:AdilBaguirov's evidence against me[edit]

Since everyone's defending themselves on this page, I guess it is allowed. So...

What user:AdilBaguirov is saying that I accused him of something user:Atabek did in my evidence, it was a human error, I simply mistook their usernames and corrected it instantaneously. Yet this guy will resort to ANYTHING to take as many people down with him and will go as far as a simple error that I admitted to, to use it. Nice try. This user has no case against me, therefore he will go and critisize my nickname just to basically say something about me in his evidence.
I would also like user:AdilBaguirov to show me where he stated me to open history books. I can garantee you, other than the diffs I have provided above, me and this user have never conversed. He is lying. He clearly knows I was reffering to the State of Azerbaijan which did not exist in the late 1800s. He is manipulating my words.

Statement by MarshalBagramyan[edit]

As a person who is not a part of this arbitration hearing but very much involved in the debates ongoing in many of the articles, I would just like state my comments in regards to contributions by Users User:Atabek, User:Dacy69, and User:AdilBaguirov. All three users have worked, individually or in concert, to systematically tarnish Armenian related articles. The result of their contributions have been the addition of highly contentious allegations which have ultimately resulted in the locks of more than half dozen articles due to edit warring.

The article on the Armenian Revolutionary Federation has been plagued by allegations that the political party is a terrorist-affiliated group that derives happiness by killing innocent Turks and Azeris. Tigran the Great was not an Armenian, but was an ethnic Persian, Monte Melkonian was not a military commander during a war, but was a terrorist and so on and so forth. The integrity of these articles have not improved one iota and instead GA articles which were stable and free of edit wars for months have been locked precisely due to the disputes and compromises between both sides have been tampered with.

Not a single contribution is made by these users to fix the grammar, fix the prose, fix the citation style, or constructively criticize the help better the articles' quality. Instead of posing if a adding a contentious sentence might make sense on the article's talk page, they automatically edit it and then begin a revert war if it is removed. Not a single effort is made to mediate the differences since they automatically ratchet up the charge that Armenians are stonewalling/covering up information or pushing their POV to not reveal the "truth". Instead, they focus entirely on the content in the articles and, when it does not suit their POV, they move in to alter it, no matter the spuriousness of the sources and no matter the incredible insensitivity the sentences are worded in. Adil and the other users engage in blind reverts and never work to compromise. They never offer a solution to the problem and speak only in absolutes. I hope the proper actions are taken, thank you --MarshallBagramyan 20:41, 1 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Harassment and insults by AdilBaguirov: First he calls me a meat puppet [742], then he questions and insults my intelligence [743]. He joins Atabek in falsely reporting me for violation of 1RR. [744]
Harassment by Atabek: He falsely reported me for violating 1RR when I was not part of the arbitration. [745]. He calls me a sockpuppet and accuses me of violating 3RR [746], when I only reverted twice.

Atabek POV pushing on Askeran clash page [747].

Defending myself[edit]

The alleged 3RR violation was on Nagorno-Karabakh page. AdilBaguirov adds a census to the page [748]. I revert because the numbers were for Karabakh not for Nagorno-Karabakh. Atabek adds the census table back added it, with few extra edits. He links the the beginning of the Nagorno-Karabakh war with Askeran clashes, where two Azerbaijanis were killed. Clearly accusing Armenians of starting the war [749]. I revert second time [750]. I explained the reason for the reverts both in the edit summary and the talk page.

A comment on statement by Grandmaster[edit]

A war started by Azerbaijanis not Armenians. What do you call countless revert wars? Majority of which were started after an Azerbaijani user added a controversial and/or negative information to the article.

Monte Melkonian[edit]

Monte Melkonian The sources Dacy69 and Atabek provided to portray Monte Melkonian as a terrorist. Dacy69

  • [751] A book review of "My brothers road" The book never calls him terrorist.
  • US Department of State Report "Pattern of Global Terrorism", 1986, p. 29 The report says that he received a 6 year sentence for forgery and possession of weapons and explosives. Nowhere in that report it says that he was denounced as terrorist.
  • Patrick Brogan. World Conflicts, Scarecrow Press, 1999, p.624. A book writer calls him "denounced as terrorist in Europe".

Atabek

  • [752] U.S. State Department Patterns of Global Terrorism: 1997. No mention of Monte Melkonian.
  • [753] U.S. Department of State Daily Press Briefing October 8, 1997. No mention of Monte Melkonian.
  • [754] US Department of State Daily Press Briefing #190, Monday, December 23, 1991. No mention of Monte Melkonian.

Evidence presented by Golbez[edit]

This is late evidence against User:HyeProfile, hoping to have a remedy for him added to the proposed remedies.

User:HyeProfile[edit]

  • Violation of 1RR on March 27 [755] (specific diffs: [756], [757], [758], [759]; the first two are reverting to a version being edit warred on previous days, the second two are reverting to those versions again)
  • I would say he has a deliberate misunderstanding of the definition of the term 'consensus' [760] (He says that a version of the intro which has existed for six months is not a consensus version because one change was tried on the article first, rather than discussed; however, since multiple parties, both partisan and neutral, have edited the article and intro since, a de facto consensus exists). He calls people who claim he is wrong vandals. [761]
  • Calling people who disagree with him 'biased' [762], even though the participants would probably agree that if I did have a bias, it would be ever so slightly towards the Armenians. I think the fact that an Armenian thinks I'm biased shows how utterly neutral in this I am. :P Another bit where he claims I have an Azeri POV [763]. Having an opinion isn't wrong; however, it does go to show how he should be included in this arbitration, since it's about trying to end the partisan battlefield mentality.
  • After reverting aggressively on the related articles, he was added to the parties list here and notified of it. He then edit-warred [764] [765] [766] to remove himself from the list, twice actually inserting my name in this place.
