General Mannino[edit]
Voice your opinion (talk page) (0/0/0); Scheduled to end 18:12, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
General Mannino (talk · contribs) - I think I would be a good Administrator because I do a good job cleaning up Wikipedia and making it better. I also understand and follow all the rules of Wikipedia and help others understand and follow the rules too. I edit or delete all of the things that are false or should not be on Wikipedia and make them true and appropriate. General Mannino (talk) 18:12, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Questions for the candidate[edit]
Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. It is recommended that you answer these optional questions to provide guidance for participants:
- 1. What admin work do you intend to take part in?
- A: I intend to clean up Wikipedia and make it better. I also understand and follow all the rules of Wikipedia and help others understand and follow the rules too. I edit or delete all of the things that are false or should not be on Wikipedia and make them true and appropriate.
- 2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
- A: My best contributions to Wikipedia would be movies (film) and science fiction because I have a lot of knowledge of them. I am an actual Filmmaker myself and I make military and science fiction films so I do have a lot of experience.
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A: I have been in conflicts over editing in the past and the user has caused me stress. The user is a 14 year old and has uploaded a fake movie poster so I put a deletion tag on it and posted a comment on its deletion page. The user who uploaded it responded in a very rude, immature manner because he thought it wasn't fake and he thought I was being rude. I told him I am a real Filmmaker and I have a lot of experience so I know rather something is fake or not, I also said because he is 14 he might not have much knowledge in film and I have experience so I would know. He made another personal attack so I told him personal attacks on Wikipedia is not tolerated and for him to never make a personal attack ever again and to not talk to people that way ever again. I also said please don't contact me ever again. The user than apologized to me and said I was right. In the future I plan to use the same method, correcting people and then if they make a personal attack I tell them to never do it ever again, if they continue I will say to not contact me ever again or else I will report you to other administrators or other superiors.
