List of Gas stations

- The result of the discussion was keep and retarget to List of gas station chains in North America to fix the double redirect that was caused by the page move of the current target. (non-admin closure) CycloneYoris talk! 00:09, 25 November 2022 (UTC)

- List of Gas Stations → List of filling station chains in North America (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Not only is this redirect miscapitalized, but it also doesn't make sense to redirect this to a page that only lists gas stations in one continent. Gas stations exist in other continents as well, I'm sure. InfiniteNexus (talk) 23:11, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- Comment - note (in particular to the closer) that the current target is currently subject to a requested move discussion, see Talk:Filling station#Requested move 17 November 2022. A7V2 (talk) 23:27, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- Weak keep - Unless I'm mistaken (which I might well be...) they are only called gas stations in North America, at least as far as English speaking countries go, so this seems a reasonable enough target. A7V2 (talk) 23:29, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- Comment I added the related all-caps version to the nomination. Both are old {{R from move}} redirects; the target was at these titles for a few months in 2009. Mdewman6 (talk) 23:33, 17 November 2022 (UTC)

- William Jefferson Blythe IV → Bill Clinton (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Clinton is Blythe III, not the IV, so this just creates confusion by possibly implying he has a son. Delete. Mdewman6 (talk) 21:37, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- Delete Usually, I'm in favor of keeping most any redirects that aren't slurs or totally improbable, but I agree that this is just more confusing than helpful. ―Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 21:56, 17 November 2022 (UTC)

- The result of the discussion was retarget to Windows Server Update Services. Jay 💬 12:22, 24 November 2022 (UTC)
WSUS currently points to WSUS (FM), a local radio station. But I believe it should be redirected to Windows Server Update Services, as most people will be looking for a worldwide Microsoft service rather than a local radio station Joseph2302 (talk) 12:22, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- Support retarget per nom with hatnote added. 193.37.240.169 (talk) 13:05, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- Retarget to Windows Server Update Services: It seems that from WikiNav almost all outgoing pageclicks from WSUS (FM) are to Windows Server Update Services, meaning that it probably should target there with a hatnote at Windows Server Update Services to WSUS (FM). - Mark Brown (video game journamlist) → Mark Brown (video game journanlist) (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
It was just a typo that I made while creating the redirect but I can't move pages without leaving redirects and literally no one will view it to see the speedy deletion+i can't deleted pages, so here I am; unlikely search term is the reason I suppose. DecafPotato (talk) 05:41, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- @DecafPotato: Mark Brown (video game journalist)? Steel1943 (talk) 06:27, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- For the love of Christ please don't tell me I made another typo.
- My bad. I need to get some sleep.
- DecafPotato (talk) 06:30, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- Comment: I've now tagged both for speedy deletion under criterion WP:R3 for which they both qualify, as their deletion is purely uncontroversial maintenance. CycloneYoris talk! 08:12, 17 November 2022 (UTC)

Implausible search term, a neologism. Delete. MB 02:56, 17 November 2022 (UTC)

- Delete, the only existence of the phrase I can even find is on a solitary Reddit comment. https://www.reddit.com/r/unitedkingdom/comments/xr1g6m/comment/iqcbpp4 Even then, it's merely an unremarkable user's attempt at a joke. I think that's where the idea for the redirect came from, as the dates match up. Schminnte (talk) 20:02, 23 November 2022 (UTC)

Shirley Banfield (criminal)
[edit]
- The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
- The result of the discussion was keep. Jay 💬 02:40, 24 November 2022 (UTC)
- Shirley Banfield (criminal) → Murder of Don Banfield (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
We already have an redirect from Shirley Banfield that points to the article on the Murder of Don Banfield. I'm not seeing the value in this redirect remaining, given that it gets minimal views. The redirect was created by the sock of a blocked user, but is not eligible for deletion under the speedy criterion because a user later came and added redirect categories to it. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 02:17, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- Keep as an entirely harmless {{R from unnecessary disambiguation}}. Minimal use is not no use, it is not inaccurate and takes readers to to information about a criminal with that name. Thryduulf (talk) 11:16, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- Keep per Thryduulf. A7V2 (talk) 23:34, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- Keep per Thryduulf and AV72. It may not be necessary disambiguation (plus a Google search for that name brings up the criminal as the first result), but it's still helpful for people searching for the page (there's also Shirley Banfield (cricketer), a retired cricketer and completely different woman from the one in question) and not hurting anyone. Regards, SONIC678 04:59, 18 November 2022 (UTC)
- Keep: as per Thryduulf. Also, as Shirley Banfield (cricketer) exists, it's not a totally unnecessary disambiguation anyway. Joseph2302 (talk) 16:39, 21 November 2022 (UTC)
- Keep; per both Thryduulf as well as WP:Redirects are cheap. InvadingInvader (userpage, talk) 20:53, 22 November 2022 (UTC)

Hard to Love (Rosè song)
[edit]
- The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
- The result of the discussion was retarget to Born Pink. It looks like user -ink&fables has not been active for about a month, so this RfD needn't be delayed for the feedback of the BLARing editor. Jay 💬 02:22, 24 November 2022 (UTC)
- Hard to Love (Rosè song) → Rosé (singer)#Discography (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
This article was BLARed for failing WP:NSONGS, without discussing it. It charted in Billboard Global 200, NZ Hot Singles Chart, Circle Chart and some Asian charts. I'm fine with restoring the article and nominate to WP:AFD or refine instead to Born Pink in order to gain attention. Pinging -ink&fables to speak out why it's redirected without discussing the notability of the album track. 2600:1700:9BF3:220:9DDD:5071:CE01:203A (talk) 00:13, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- Comment the page name has the wrong accent mark and should instead exist at Hard to Love (Rosé song). If restored, it should be moved to that title. If kept as a redirect, retarget to Born Pink as {{R from alternative disambiguation}} where Hard to Love (Blackpink song) already redirects (where there is more content about the song than the current target).
