This one can be deleted as it has a modifier (2015 Video Game) that is unnecessarily capitalized and serves no use to absorb any searches since ZigZag (2015 video game) already exists. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 23:55, 17 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • It wasn't deleted, the redirect was moved without redirect for some bizarre reason. I have fixed it. -- Tavix (talk) 15:14, 18 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
    • I believe the deletion of the old redirect was intentional by Anarchyte, and not an error. Lordtobi () 15:32, 18 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Again, the redirect wasn't deleted, it was moved without leaving a redirect behind. And if it wasn't an error, it was certainly incorrect as it didn't fall under any of the redirect suppression criteria, on top of there just being a contentious RfD involving the redirect. If the redirect is to be deleted, it needs to go though RfD, not a backdoor page move. -- Tavix (talk) 16:16, 18 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I meant to leave a redirect though I obviously unticked that one by accident, and I moved it before the rfd for that one began. I certainly didn't do it to avoid scrutiny, Tavix. Hope that clears it up, have a great day, Anarchyte (work | talk) 22:05, 18 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for fixing that up. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 21:06, 19 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Delete as obscure. I can find no evidence of Elton John ever going by his birth middle name + surname or his birth first name + middle name. -- Tavix (talk) 20:34, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete Kenneth Dwight as he is not known by that combo last name. The Reginald Kenneth one is a possible type-in search. Yes "Reginald kenneth dwight" exists but someone typing in Reginald Kenneth will be served by that shortcut showing up immediately. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 00:18, 10 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@AngusWOOF: the full name would appear before this one, and that might be misleading as someone might think it's someone else. -- Tavix (talk) 01:08, 10 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Hmm, yeah, there are some other Reginald Kenneths with articles such as Reg Braddick and Reg Thomas (ice hockey), so they wouldn't be able to be found if Elton John's article absorbs them. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 01:26, 10 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete both - I'm not seeing anybody notable known by either of these names. All I'm seeing are the above mention partial matches for several people, and deletion seems like the right call. These redirects aren't really helpful. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 03:26, 20 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Delete as implausible typo in title (double 'in'). Loopy30 (talk) 16:55, 17 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Is this a WP:FORRED, or something else? Doesn't make sense to me. Unused. – Train2104 (t • c) 21:39, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per WP:FORRED. This seems to be the Norwegian Bokmål naming. The equivalent on that wiki is at no:Mal:Redkonf and the naming seems to be short for "Redigeringskonflikt" which Google translates as "edit conflict", so the equivalent of English {{editconf}}. The user who created this, user:Nsaa, indicates on their userpage that their native language is Norwegian, further strengthening the link. However, there is no particular link between Norwegian and edit conflicts, and this template is not transcluded anywhere, so there appears to be no value in keeping it. Christopher Samuel[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was retarget to Christophe Samuel. (non-admin closure) feminist 13:29, 23 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Someone searching "Christopher Samuel" is not going to be looking for Kit Bond as he never went by that name as far as I can tell. My search was dominated by an animal cruelty case. We've got a few "close" matches, including Christophe Samuel, Chris Samuel that redirects to Donna Williams, but I'm unsure whether her husband's name was Christopher (it could be Christian or another variant) and Chris Samuels (same problem). Other people with the same first + middle combination include Christopher Samuel Tugendhat and Christopher Samuel Youd. -- Tavix (talk) 20:55, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Of those I'd say Christophe Samuel is the most plausible target, it would be very easy for an English speaker to mishear or misremember Christophe as Christopher. Thryduulf (talk) 23:42, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
