Delete per WP:RFOREIGN. The creator marked this as Azerbaijani which is completely unrelated to Ariana Grande, who is American and speaks English. This also seems implausible as a misspelling. -- Tavix (talk) 19:38, 9 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete as per nom CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 02:17, 10 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Weak Keep as a {{R from mispelling}} -- remove Azerbaijani from the redirect. This is a plausible misspelling due to a cognition failure, mistakenly recognizing a "G" as a "Q" which due to bad eyesight or poor printing is plausible -- 70.51.44.60 (talk) 03:53, 10 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I question the suggestion that a misreading of a the letter of g for q is common enough to make this necessary.--67.68.29.107 (talk) 04:25, 10 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • REtarget to Tai tai -- 70.51.202.113 (talk) 04:11, 29 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
    • Although Tai tai could be a potentially intended target, "Taitai" would be a misspelling in this case. I would consider Tetaua Taitai a better primary target, from which a hatnote could link to Tai tai. Neelix (talk) 15:27, 29 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
      • No, "taitai" is an alternate spelling of tai tai, see 58.176.246.42's comment below. -- 70.51.44.60 (talk) 03:41, 10 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Retarget to Tai tai per 70. The absence or presence of a space/hyphen in a Chinese romanisation is almost never a "misspelling" but simply a style difference/disagreement about whether there's a word boundary; many reliable sources do not use a space in the Chinese honorific; and Tetaua Taitai clearly is not the WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT either by usage in reliable sources (see e.g. Google Books search) nor page views (~260, vs. 5x as many for tai tai), and arguably not by long-term significance either. 210.6.254.106 (talk) 02:40, 30 September 2015 (UTC) (Formerly 58.176.246.42 until my ISP went and screwed things up)[reply]

Template:WikiProject The Office (US)[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was delete. --BDD (talk) 14:15, 16 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The redirect was initially nominated at TfD 8 days ago and I procedurally closed it because redirects should be at RfD. I'm copying the nominator's rationale for deletion:

This is a template for an inactive Wikiproject taskforce. Currently, it's just a redirect to the main Television template (which forgets to include the articles into the taskforce) and rather than have it as a wrapper for the Television project, it seems better to have people just put in the Television template with the Office taskforce in it.

TL22 (talk) 12:30, 9 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - the problem with having this redirect to the TV template is that you can't force parameters to a template via a redirect (as far as I know) so any calls to this bring up the generic WikiProject Television project banner, without the code for the The Office taskforce. This isn't transcluded anywhere so it can be safely deleted. Ivanvector 🍁 (talk) 13:16, 9 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, that seems to be the case. As a test, I created User:SimonTrew/TestRParams which redirects to User:SimonTrew/RParamsTarget with parameter "world", but transcluding this e.g. right here (as {{User:SimonTrew/TestRParams|hello}}) produces "hello", not "world".
It would be nice if named parameters were a catenation of both those provided by the transcluder and those provided by the redirect, though (not sure what would do with placement parameters, or which would win if both provided the same named parameter, the transcluder should).
