Delete, or create a disambig if possible. The target article no longer contains the section, nor is Telma (one of the game characters) even mentioned anywhere on the page. I could not turn it into a disambig myself because I have no idea what "Telma" is in the game, the target article does not have anything for me to use a starting point, and I am not aware of any other uses apart from the place in Russia.   • Keep Soft redirects to other WMF wikis really should be seen differently: they're useful for local people who want a page that's actually at a different project. Let's say that a different language of Wikipedia had a page that might well be naturally abbreviated "en:", so our page of that name went to the desired page in another language. Would you support deletion of that redirect? My suggestion is based upon similar to our idea of "template talk" that might be thought of as "TT:" — TT:DYK goes to the DYK page at the Tatar Wikipedia, not to Template talk:Did you know. The page view statistics for this sort of redirect are low, and nothing ever links to it that I can tell. I've not heard anybody type the entire sentence without a single space, period or other punctuation.
