The result of the discussion was Keep ~ Amory (utc) 03:59, 21 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is a previously deleted redirect. This redirect makes no sense, are we going to have redirects for every name in Wikipedia for last name first, first name last? How confusing will that get? Delete per RFD#DELETE #1 The redirect page makes it unreasonably difficult for users to locate similarly named articles via the search engine. ♫ Cricket02 (talk) 04:29, 11 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Weak Delete - For some names, I don't consider these a problem. Just another way of writing a name, what harm does it do? But this one could, plausibly, be confused with Bradley Joseph and other similar articles, Lord Spongefrog, (I am Czar of all Russias!) 12:01, 11 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep - the purpose of redirects are to help readers find information. This one does no harm and may be useful. To meet Spongefrog's excellent point I have added a 'See also' to the DMB page. Bridgeplayer (talk) 18:31, 11 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep some people do type in names in this manner. 70.29.208.247 (talk) 04:56, 14 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep per WP:R#KEEP provisions 2, 3, and 5. I don't see anything wrong with having redirects for every name in "surname, given name" format. --Zarel (talk) 20:07, 14 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was speedy deleted, CSD G6: housekeeping. --Malcolmxl5 (talk) 16:32, 16 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned project redirect, and therefore unneeded. Could find a CSD criterion specifically for it (possibly non-controversial cleanup). Airplaneman 01:19, 11 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
