The result of the discussion was speedy closed as wrong forum. We don't delete redirects to permit page moves because there are other considerations; please take the request to WP:RM. NAC. Bridgeplayer (talk) 19:23, 12 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I want to change the "(TV show)" into "(TV series)" because it is not nice if it is in "(TV show)". Please delete the redirect article "Showtime (TV series)" so that I can move it. Thank you. ~~yeah~~ 15:39, 12 June 2010 (UTC)

The result of the discussion was speedy close as out of process - premature renomination. If concerned about the original 'keep' please talk to the closing admin and, if still dissatisfied, take it to WP:DRV. NAC. Bridgeplayer (talk) 03:56, 12 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ryan Dusick (Maroon 5 member)[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was retarget to Ryan Dusick. JohnCD (talk) 13:11, 19 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect should be deleted 'cause a confusion when searching in the search. Wikipedia would give you both Ryan Dusick (Maroon 5 member) and Ryan Dusick as hints. He has no namesake and Ryan Dusick (Maroon 5 member) is just a redirect to the article about Maroon 5. Mageclansoftheeast (talk) 12:21, 12 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Retarget to Ryan Dusick. Long-standing redirect. After the retarget there would be no confusion since either search-box result would take the reader to the page they want. This has a page history which would have to be preserved after deletion, probably by creating a sub-page of the target; unnecessarily complex; KISS. Bridgeplayer (talk) 14:04, 12 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Retarget per Bridgeplayer.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 05:47, 13 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Kitty girls[edit]

The result of the discussion was keep. JohnCD (talk) 12:33, 19 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A typo of the article and should not be considered as another capitalisation. Redirect should be deleted. francis17 12:29, 12 June 2010 (UTC)

  • Keep - long-standing redirect; plausible typo; harmless; doesn't meet any of the deletion criteria. Bridgeplayer (talk) 13:53, 12 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. Why shouldn't this be considered as another capitalization? That's what it looks like to me. Gavia immer (talk) 03:02, 13 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Weak keep -- like the above commenters, I don't understand in what way this isn't another capitali[z]ation. I guess because it's not a legitimate alternate capitalization like Johnny Paycheck and Johnny PayCheck; it's more of a mis-capitalization? At any rate, redirects from other capitalizations are only useful when there are multiple different articles with the same "name" but capitalized differently, or if there are links from external sites to the redirect, as those would be broken if we deleted it. That seems unlikely in this case, and as far as the searchbox goes, you can type in kItTy GiRlS and you'll be taken to the right page. Still, mere 99.9% uselessness, without more, isn't particularly a reason to delete.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 05:52, 13 June 2010 (UTC)close bold tag[reply]
  • Delete Kitty girls is a typo of Kitty Girls. francis17 04:46, 14 June 2010 (UTC)
  • Comment - agreed but that is not a ground for deletion. Bridgeplayer (talk) 14:46, 14 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Isabel Abiera[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was keep as now retargeted to Isabelle Abiera, for which this is without doubt a plausible misspelling. Non-admin close. —  Glenfarclas  (talk) 05:56, 13 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect is a misspelling of the article name. Nothing links to this redirect. Redirect should be deleted. francis17 12:33, 12 June 2010 (UTC)

  • Fix cut'n'paste then retarget to Isabelle Abiera - this obviously can't be deleted at present since it contains the history of a cut'n'paste move; I have tagged the target for this to be fixed. Afterwards, the redirect should be retargeted as a plausible typo as can be seen from these results. When a typo appears in multiple external sites it is foreseeable that someone will search on it.
