Cross-namespace redirect which is being used as a catch for people who forget or can't be bothered to add three extra characters to the link. There's no reason why a reader, as opposed to an editor or wannabe-editor, would ever want to know about the subject, and I don't think that retargetting to Wikipedia or similar would be useful.
