Why you would need ot redirect? just wondering - please delete, -- Wilkos (talk) 20:28, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- Although it was the subject of a VfD in 2004 closed with a "keep as a redirect", this appears to be a most highly unlikely search item (as well as similarly-long words in Finnegans Wake). Delete - mekkamuselmannenmassenmenchenmoerdermohrenmuttermarmormonumentenmacher or klikkaklakkaklaskaklopatzklatschabbatacreppycrottygraddaghsemmihsammihnouithappluddtappladdypkonpkot, anybody? 147.70.242.54 (talk) 22:04, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- Delete This is a ridiculous redirect (alliteration!). It'd be stunning uncommon for someone to search this term in order to get to where they want to go. Delete per the first sentence in guiding principles at WP:RfD. —Cyclonenim (talk · contribs · email) 23:06, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- Delete. It should've been speedy deleted 4 years ago...--Seba5618 (talk) 03:20, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
- It is harmless. But there might by a useful soft redirect to Wiktionary:bababadalgharaghtakamminarronnkonnbronntonnerronntuonnthunntrovarrhounawnskawntoohoohoordenenthurnuk which puts it in context --Rumping (talk) 06:28, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
- Keep as cross-namespace soft redirect, and consider recreating the others if hey are in wiktipnary DGG (talk) 00:07, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
- Delete - most highly improbable search item (How about the other dozen words of 90+ characters in Finnegans Wake? Each would be just as valid as a search item). Making it a "cross namespace soft redirect" would be the worst of both worlds. Keeping this redirect is just begging for trouble on so many levels. B.Wind (talk) 02:58, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
- Delete not encyclopedic and not all one-off coinages even in notable works of authorship deserve redirects - this isn't the wikiquote redirector where if you want to know where some collection of letters purporting to be a word comes from, just type it in and magically you're redirected. There are many such coinages in Through the Looking Glass, most sci-fi works, Disney works, and then the mondegreens derived therefrom. Why that's supercalifragilisticexpialidocious and really would be atrocious. Carlossuarez46 (talk) 18:20, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
- Delete impossible and implausible search term. PeterSymonds (talk) 23:03, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
- Delete Who on earth is going to take the time to type that... How is it even possible to remember all of that? It's ridiculous... - Until It Sleeps 23:05, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
- Delete Although Joyce is nice, I don't think anyone will know enough of the Wake to actually want to search for the term on its own. If they do know enough, then they probably wont bother searching. Either way. Ottava Rima (talk) 23:08, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
- Redirect to Longest_word_in_English#Coinages, where it is already listed. Soap Talk/Contributions 23:09, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
