Weak delete, though I fixed the double redirect and added some appropriate tags. Misspellings are definitely ok, and foreign language redirects are ok, both together is borderline, and both tegether when it's not a very plausible typo is just beyond the borders of what we want to keep, IMO. Even though redirects are cheap. (BTW, if "Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem" or "Tudomány Egyetem" is correct, perhaps the article should say that, at least in passing. I have no idea who came up with this name but it's just plain wrong. Hot Country Songs did used to be called Hot Country Singles & Tracks, but calling it "Country Tracks chart" is about as accurate as referring to the Department of Motor Vehicles as the "Vehicles Department". Keep: we don't generally delete redirects merely because they're wrong or inaccurate. We delete them because they're harmful or offensive or too implausible to bother with. Although number of incoming links is not itself a reason to keep, I think that in this case, it suggests that the term, however incorrect, is commonly used, and so a redirect here is helpful.
