Steel magnoliasSteel Magnolias[edit]

The result of the debate was speedily keep this redirect page. --Gh87 07:04, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think it's a useless redirect page with lower cases. Even if anyone typed in "steel magnolias" without upper cases, why need to show others a redirect notice? Gh87 21:09, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sister Act (musical)Sister Act[edit]

The result of the debate was keep. --Gh87 22:06, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Nobody will type "Sister Act (musical)" in the future because they are not familiar with that page title. I was the originator of that page's previous entry before it was merged into the target page. Gh87 21:03, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete: Article was completely merged into Sister Act, no need to keep the old version. However, incoming links to the old page should be fixed first. --Michael Drüing 13:59, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. As it was merged, the edit history must be maintained for GFDL compliance. It's also likely that someone wanting to link to the musical (like the incoming links) and not the movie would use this title as they might not expect the two to be merged. -- JLaTondre 14:11, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Strong keep per above GFDL argument. -- SilverStar 21:52, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Pontiac Grand AMPontiac Grand Am[edit]

The result of the debate was Kept. -- JLaTondre 23:58, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It's just a misspelling of the name, there's really no reason for it to exist. Sable232 02:52, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep Mispelllinggs are good to have as redirects. That's one of their primary functions. --NMChico24 04:11, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep per NMChico24.Tommy11111 05:01, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. I'd probably spell it that way. --Czj 10:51, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep per above -- SilverStar 21:53, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Son of the devilMike Krzyzewski[edit]

The result of the debate was Deleted by Cholmes75. -- JLaTondre 03:18, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is clearly a joke by someone who doesn't like Mike Krzyzewski. Nowhere in his article is it mentioned that he is known as the son of the devil. No one searching son of the devil would be trying to get Mike Krzyzewski. The page does not have any edits at all after it was created. I think this falls under reason for deletion Number 3 :The redirect is offensive, such as "Joe Bloggs is a Loser" to "Joe Bloggs" Tommy11111 04:46, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Speedy delete as G10 (attack page). I have tagged it as such. Gavia immer (u|t|c) 15:35, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

K ratMike Krzyzewski[edit]

The result of the debate was Deleted. This is the basically the same as "K-rat" which previously nominated and deleted. -- JLaTondre 03:24, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This redirect was created by the same user as the redirect above (Son of the devil). It deserves deletion for the same reasons as Son of the devil Tommy11111 04:59, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
