  • A screen capture from the television series 'Bonanza' which ran from September 12, 1959 to January 16, 1973 is not PD under the "pre-1923" publication rationale. Almost certainly a copyrighted image. Perhaps replace the current tags with a non-free, fair use rationale for the article linked to it: John Dehner Geoff | Who, me? 22:45, 14 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I checked after posting and found that the original uploader has not edited since 2012. Since posting this notice, I've changed the copyright info to NF/Fair use of a television screen capture and provided a rationale. Please take a look and see if what I've done is sufficient to close this matter, keeping the image. Thanks, Geoff | Who, me? 23:18, 14 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Note: This image is currently tagged as non-free. If there is a dispute with the rationale, please tag the image with {{dfu}} or list it at WP:FFD. AnomieBOT 00:01, 15 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Now I've gone and confused the Bot. I fixed the incorrect PD tag after I tagged it as possibly unfree here, by editing the copyright information into a Fair Use rationale, making it definitely unfree, but with a rationale justifying its use. Dear readers, just check to see if the fair use rationale works and close the discussion as Keep, unless it doesn't work. Geoff | Who, me? 17:33, 15 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
