The Wikipedia uploader claims that this is own work by the Wikipedia uploader (who identifies himself as "Radcliffe Kelso"), but also claims that the picture previously was published at flickrphoto:8664707246, where it is credited to "s t e v e f o r d". - Copyleft licences still have some restrictions. For example, you must usually specify under which licence the file is licensed when using the file. Unfortunately, the page you linked to doesn't specify which licence the file is licensed under, so we can't use the file under that licence but must default to treating it as a non-free file. --Stefan2 (talk) 11:43, 12 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I understand Wikipedia policy and i wouldn't go against any compliances. Let me know what evidence you want so that we can make the file freely licensed. Request you to undo the deletion of the file. - Hi Itsmeesathya. "Lucky media production house logo" has not be deleted. If you go to Lucky Media, you'll see that the file is still being used there. "Possibly unfree files" is not a !vote on whether a file should be deleted like WP:FFD; It's just a place to discuss whether a file which has been uploaded using a free license is really "free". The problem with the file is that you have licensed as under "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0" which essentially means that tyou are permtting the file to be used by anyone anywhere for any purpose (including commercial). At the same time, you have also added a non-free use rationale which is for non-free content and means that the file cannot be used by anyone anywhere for any purpose. This is confusing because on one hand you want the image to be free, but at the same time you want it to be protected and its use restricted. For reference, most logos from organizations, etc. are copyright protected and the copyright holder is typically the organiztion itself. Therefore, unless you are really the copyright holder, you cannot use the "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0" license without the explicit permission of the copyright holder. If you are not the copyright holder, then I suggest you read Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission to find out what needs to be done to license this image as "free". For what it's worth, if your wish is to safe guard our celebrity & company digital image, then I suggest you reconsider using a free license and go the non-free route instead.
