  • The PD license is obviously invalid. As far as I can tell, the image comes from here. ALH (talk) 03:32, 19 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • There's no explicit permission for this photo as far as I can tell. ALH (talk) 05:13, 19 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Regret this. I believed the about.me site's privacy applies for all content uploaded on the site by the user. Yet, if it violates the wiki rules in anyway, will remove it immediately. Do advice! Shunyatha (Shunyatha) 12:31, 21 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • The photo is stated to be in the public domain because "Dutch law permits the exemption of state-owned property from copyright law". ALH (talk) 05:26, 19 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • It was found that Commons:Template:PD-NL-Gov wasn't a valid copyright tag, but it was also found that many government agencies license their website content under {{cc-zero}}. No idea whether that is the case here, as this varies from government agency to government agency. --Stefan2 (talk) 16:38, 20 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
    • The photo is sourced to the website of Radio Netherlands. I'm not sure if they're technically part of the government, but their copyright page makes it seem like they don't use cc-zero. (See here) In addition, the photo seems to be used a lot by the Curaçao Chronicle, which uses a CC-by-nc-nd license on their website (although I'm not seeing any indication that the photo is theirs).
