• The uploader claims that this image is in the public domain due to it being first published in the 10th century. While the coat of arms may indeed date back to this time, this particular rendering of it doesn't look that old. It may in fact be a modern illustration still under copyright. Many of the uploader's other contributions have already been deleted as copyvios or suspected copyvios, so I thought it would be best to open a discussion on the matter here.
  The image appears to have been cropped from an image on http://casalandi.net/ which is marked as "© 1972 - 2012 by Florindo Landi". The image also appears on the cover of the 2012 Swedish-language book "Tu est Divina II" by Steve Lando, but as I don't have a copy myself I can't see whether it's dated or attributed there. Why? Freedom of Panorama may well apply as this is clearly a sign intended to be seen from a public place. –LiveRail < Talk > 15:46, 2 January 2015 (UTC)

This sign appears to be in the United States. There is only freedom of panorama for architecture in the United States. As this is not a architecture, freedom of panorama does not apply. --Stefan2 (talk) 21:00, 2 January 2015 (UTC)
